- Emily Bear (20) and Abigail Barlow (23) appearing on the Today Show following their history-making Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album for composing The Unofficial Bridgerton Musical as youngest ever in their category and only all woman team. The Unofficial Bridgerton Musical was an idea started by Abigail Barlow who posted a video on Tik Tok. After it went viral she called her writing partner Emily and said "What if Bridgerton was a musical?" The pair started writing the project immediately and composed 15 songs in 6 weeks, live on social media in real time, revolutionizing the way musicals are created. The Album was produced and orchestrated by Emily Bear, featuring Abigail on lead vocals and Emily on piano and supporting vocals.

I've followed Emily's career as a prodigious classical musician and composer since she was yea high, and had the chance to see her perform in concert in Europe. It wells her supporters with pride to see this wonderful work she's created with Abigail Barlow. These young women are the new face of the global world of musical theater and I couldn't be happier for them!!!
I love their friendship. When they are performing you can just see how proud they are of each other.

Wow! One the Grammy Award Winners with 20year old, Miss Bear & 23 year old Miss Barlow which equals a combined. Age of 43. Think about that one! Emily has always been such a sweet girl. I think her parents got their main wish, that their daughter grow up to be a well adjusted adult and be happy. It's wonderful to see her so happy. And her outward beauty is just icing on the cake!

What advice? Emily has been practicing hours a day since she was tiny. She studied in top music schools and was mentored by Quincy Jones. She absolutely deserves her success, but it was no fluke-no accident. We will hear a lot more from both of these ladies in the future.

I just heard on the news about the issues with intellectual rights by Netflix. I understand both sides .I also support you as you started this all with their permission and did nothing but bring more attention to the show and more possibility. They should work amicably with you to create something together ideally. Best wishes in the outcome, Imagine the best and out forth positive energy.
I can't believe what I heard about Netflix. you can tell them that the only reason I started watching the show was because I saw your songs on TikTok and it made me curious what it was from because I loved them so much. I was sad that your songs weren't actually in the show but I fell in love with the show as well and hoped you'd make an album for each season. you guys are so incredibly talented.
