Sadly as it's technically fan art (published with permission from Netflix), it won't make it to Broadway, and Abigail has already said as much. However they HAVE been working on another musical. :)
@@renlish yes but think about what happened with the Ratatouille musical like that was fan art but Disney saw the true potential in it and made something happen, so Netflix may be already working on something with them you never know :)

Betsy Wolfe just brings it to life in an incredible way- in the original soundtrack I didn't really care for balancing the scales but this version has instantly become one of my favorites!!!
Betsy Wolfe singing Balancing the Scales was a real glimpse into this music as a true musical. That was wonderful. I think with proper book and staging this could be incredible. A true POTO spectacle for a new generation. I hope someone is working on this behind the scenes.
I'd definitely cast Betsy as Lady Violet.

I have followed this whole journey since the beginning and I love it so much, but the ONE thing I'm gonna say is that I think they need to change the keys slightly or something tp accommodate for the male parts of the songs. I just think maybe Abigail wrote all the parts to suit her own singing voice and sometimes it doesn't work for Simons parts. I'm sure the right casting and singer could make anything work though.
Well yeah. She sings all the songs herself. No male parts at all. Though they'll probably change it in the future as I believe they said they would come up with another version of the album with other people singing and I'm assuming with some male counterparts.

I love seeing the faces of the band melting towards the end of Entertain me! They're so stoic throughout the song and then the climax hits and they start nodding along and then they break out smiling and clapping. No shade towards them, it must get a little boring to sit out a performance but I loved seeing them love it.
I am screaming these two are already a duo to be remembered... all of these songs are bops 10/10
I cant wait for this to become an actual musical! Im dying to hear this live with an entire orchestra and see the actors perform - its going to be magical!

it's well within a tenor range...Joshua hits the notes beautifully and he's a baritenor. I figure the roles in such a musical would be Daphne - Soprano, Simon - Tenor, Eloise - Mezzo-Soprano, Queen Charlotte - Mezzo-Soprano, Violet - Soprano, Anthony - Tenor / Baritone, Sienna - Mezzo-Soprano
Can't tell for sure, but it looks like Emily is playing the whole concert from memory, no score.

Abigail's voice is too strained. Emily is the star here! Such talent and understanding of her art.
She may be nervous it’s her first big performance, you don’t need to bring down Abigail to state that Emily is amazing. Abigail was great in my opinion, she has a room for improvement, but I know that she will get there with her determination.
For Emily Bear it was just a small gig...she has performed on the world biggest venues since she was a kid...Montreux Jazz Festival, Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, Jazzopen Stuttgart, Night of the Proms Tour (240.000 audience):next to legends like Peter Cetera, Roger Hodgson and Melanie C, John Miles, Joss Stone ...Emily Bear is a veteran when it comes to music as some German journalist put it ...in 2015...very likely she was despite being the youngest on the stage...the one with the most experience on that evening...so give Abigail Barlow some time
Emily is crazy stupid talented. Idk how she got to learn from the top biggest artists and pianists. I have kids and it’s like how lol. Such determination and the fact she’s a female pianist is wild!! There isn’t enough so it’s great she’s making being s pianist to the front and cool lol. I hope my kids or other ones know and understand how vital it is to learn and play a piano. Especially for being a well artist. It teaches you how to read music, create it/ put it together, and think of things some singers don’t think so it’s hard to write music when you don’t know how to read or play it. They both did such a great job!!! What a dream come true for them. Barlows voice does sound strained. So proud of them!!!!! ❤️
