  • Around Thanksgiving I upgraded my 20 year old Polaris Ranger side-by-side for a CFMoto UForce 600 and am pleasantly surprised at how bullet proof this side-by-side appears to be so far. And bang for your buck!!! Wow! At this point I don't think I could operate the farm without a side-by-side.

    I have a perfect idea for a sleeper box for the bed to go camping

      That would be fun! It must hang out the back or you would be pretty cramped.

    I bought a Uforce 600 2022 model on November 10 of last year and it hasn’t been a year yet and I’ve put almost 5,000 miles on it and have changed the oil 9 times and the front & rest differential every other oil change . I also put a 2 1/2 lift and am running 28 inch mud grip tires right now. It loses a little speed with the lift and big tires. I also want to tell people that are interested in a snorkel kit that it’s cheaper to get some black pvc pipe and build it yourself. If you put a snorkel kit to the air box it will increase you speed 10 to 15 mph. Hope it is useful info.

    I know this is an older video. How do you feel about the turning radius. Comparing this to a Polaris SP 570. On paper, the Polaris has a radius of 12.6 feet, but the UForce 600 shows a radius of 29.9 feet. I am amazed by the difference. I like the CMoto and it appears to be a great value, but I don't want to be making 8 point turns in the woods.

      I have had a Polaris (older model) and can make the same turn on the CF Moto. I know because I have a fence on both sides of my driveway and I am able to make the turn on the CF Moto same as the Polaris. I haven’t even thought about an issue with turning radius until your question.

    Thanks for the video just took possession of my uforce 600. love the hay rack connected to the tow hitch very practical. Would the shotgun still fit with gun racks mounted on the roof?

    • @coveychasefarm
      @coveychasefarm  Před rokem

      The Remington 870 I carry is pretty long so I would have to check, but a shorter shotgun or rifle (I usually carry .17 Savage as well) would fit with no problem. Congrats on your new CFMoto. I think you will love it.

    Your left 4x4 control does not give you 4x4 high as you mentioned. It is 2x4,4x4 and then 4x4 with front differential lock for getting out of stuck situations. Your high range is on the right sift lever.

      Indian Motorcycles of Lexington in Lexington, KY. They were really great to deal with.

    The hard doors have that limiting strap,anyway you could get the bolt size? M6,m8 or other?trying 2 get easier way 2 open 4 summer and latch it back.

    • @coveychasefarm
      @coveychasefarm  Před rokem

      Yes, I will look to see what the bolt size is as I have removed my straps. Just need to put it in a metric wrench. My solution was to add a latch used on entrance door to an RV. It will hold the door against the side if you want it open. I used a plastic latch, though, and it broke. Need metal but it does the trick.

    Sir do you think this utv can trail ride 2 adults up 40 degree mountains for about 20 minutes to the top without the engine overheating?

    • @coveychasefarm
      @coveychasefarm  Před 6 měsíci

      40 degree is pretty steep. I am not sure about overheating, but I am not sure it could make the pull. I would probably go with something more designed for that type of trail riding.
