Fan has solutions for everything Aruna tries. Aruna's big loop is dangerous, but he got to use it less and less. Also, Aruna's serve doesn't seem to give Fan any problems.
Good effort from Aruna, he didn't make it easy for FZD but he was indeed well and truly outmatched

Not a total outclassed....So proud of Aruna if only his back hand is half as good as is forehand..

My suggestion after watching him play FZ again and again.. Aruna needs to bring his rubber hardness down from 53 to 47 for more control compared to FZ who uses 40 hardness bring good placement and control etc.. Or Aruna should have backhand control rubber instead of 53.

3:40 Aruna wants that forehand SO bad he moves to the middle of the table after blocking it down the line. FZD punishes him by looping it right back at him and catches him out.

@@cuongtkong58 I’m being a bit hyperbolic or reductionistic when I say it’s only the camera angle. The camera angle is horrific, and it’s a symptom of a larger problem, clearly leadership problem within WTT. Go back and watch the last world championship in 2020 before Covid and you can appreciate the overall difference in production value and cinematography value of that tournament. Go further back into the late 90s through the 2000s/ teens and look at the sizes of the crowds
attending world championships, major tournaments. Thousands and thousands of people, face paint, horns, it looked and felt like a serious sport. Now we see black flooring, black tables, purple, lettering, ridiculous costumes, silly promotion campaigns…the sport looks like a joke.
There are some points that I would like to point out:
1. 0:29 it happened what I say: Aruna's strenght is his forehand and he knows that, so he tried to do a pivot. What he has to understand is that he has to move his legs and not put his back backwards.
2. I liked the fact that he served mostly "normal" downspin services.
3. Stop doing the "shovel" service. I might be wrong, but for what I have watched, that service has just sidespin. Fan knew that and therefore, he attacked. What I advise Aruna to do, if he can, is to serve just sidespin to the forehand side and then, surprise the opponent serving long downspin to the backhand side.
4. Just one backhand service?!

When you have your players at (FH:100 and BH:60) vs (FH:90 and BH: 90), who are you betting at?
You shouldn't be allowed to have a rubber that is the same color or a similar color to your shirt.

TT is still not like tennis, although going toward that direction. In tennis if you have enough power probably you can beat anyone. TT is like you have unbeatable power but you have no chance to use it - it's a 50% muscle, 50% brain sport so lots of people don't like it. Pickle ball is much easier to play with.

Aruna great fight but if he can continue to improve his backhand he will not have to force the forehand attack as much because once he’s able to gain more balance he can start to exploit the middle of the table against his opponents who try to switch sides and exploit his middle. Give them a taste of their own medicine. He has the ability to beat the Chinese if he can use better tactics against them

Squash for example is filmed from the ceiling! The camera angle is changing to the near side and behind angle all the time! Give me a break!😆🤦♂️
