As the best BH dominant player, FZD always struggles against backhand dominant players 😂
I don't want to downplay Jorgic's efforts, but IMHO, Fan made quite a lot of unforced errors

Darko is much tougher than I thought. Impressive. But much credit to Fan too. He keeps taking risks regardless of the score and just never lets up. Sign of a champion.
Darko gave a big fight saving many match points, but in the end the world no. 1 was victorious! A bit sad, that Jorgic lost!😢 Mentally strong, unshakeable play by Fan Zhendong!💯💪🏓

One of the best games i have seen in my life. You just couldn't tell till the end who would win. But world rank number one still met the expectations.
Great match, so close and breathtaking. Notice Jorgic's backhand has added a new weapon: strong backhand loop opening towards Fan's forehand that burned Fan repeatedly. Jorgic has also improved his forehand. I'd like him to get to top 5.

Jorgic is one of my favorite players, but did not realize that he is so close to the world no 1. And some of the points he missed could actually be turned to winning point if he gets used Fan's power and speed a little bit more. Fantastic game!

Darko's backhand is super aggressive, compared to Kreanga's killing backhand. Exploding speed, world class match.

It's very interesting to watch Darco. He is a one way player, but when he is in good condition, can cover his weaknesses. Great match!

Fan is a mental beast. Jokic was on the same level in terms of playing table tennis, the head is what decided this match.

I’d watched this game live today in Lusail stadium Doha Qatar and this match was amazing. What really surprise me was Darko Jorgic backhand at that time was amazing. But the most surprising thing is Darko Jorgic was so nice to the fans and spectators but unfortunately Fan Zhendong was the opposite.
Sounds like total nonsense. He's known to be one of the nicest players in person.

He and wang Hao is the same snobber. I meet a lot of players there and most of them are so kind, specially Joo Sae Hyuk but he is not playing only coaching.

那倒不至于，他纯实力摆在那。除了梁靖崑其他人跟他纯实力差一档。他就是感觉上太钝了，对线路和节奏缺乏敏感性，全是左来左打右来右打的，稍微能抗两板的就能跟他打起来看得特别折磨。
