to anyone reading this..
things will get better and you shouldn't feel guilty for something that you could've done in the past because you can't change the past. you can focus on the future and make sure you try to not feel guilt because if you tried to save/help someone and you couldn't help you shouldn't feel guilty, you shouldn't even have helped. even though its something nice to do it can cause you and maybe others stress and it would only put you in an uncomfortable position where you feel like now you HAVE to help but really its only making your feelings more stronger and your carrying much more weight on your back.
and I know you shouldn't feel scared of what'll happen if you dont do one thing
and I think that I should do everything
and I think that if I do something wrong ill be in trouble
or id get mad at.
I hate getting mad at.
I would think I would never know the consequences of my "actions"
but I rather not help unless they ask or need it.
but if you decide to help somebody, just realize if it can be done easily,
or it would be really hard.
because if its really hard then it can put a lot of pressure and guilt onto you because you decided to help,
so you felt you had to.
but really, dont put unneeded and unnecessary pressure onto yourself,
it won't help.
you are loved, even if it doesn't seem like it.
