My Daughter is a type 1 Diabetic and it’s called a libre! She has to do this every 2 weeks but it has luckily stopped her having to finger prick all day everyday and it alerts her and others who she’s nominated if she is having a hypo or a hyper 👍🏼 as both are life threatening

I would absolutely love to try the Zoe plan. After years of IBS and low energy, as I’ve watched Tim Spector and his insight is incredible. I wanted to sign up as it could be a life changer for me. I appreciate its in its early stages but when I went to sign up I saw the price 😬😬 as a single mum juggling two jobs it’s just unaffordable at the moment, it’s so frustrating! Be interesting to see the results with you guys though xx

Nadia…dried apricots relieve leg cramps. Pop a few in your mouth , chew, wait 2 minutes and the cramping will stop. Try it…they are a godsend!

I got blown over by wind in Iceland April 2023 2nd day of holiday - fractured shoulder in several places . Got flown home - laugh about now - but scary at the time
