What dignity Mrs. Farber has. I am in awe of this brave 88 year old woman and so happy her five grandchildren still have her. This annoying Defense attorney needs to sit down. He’s no way getting his motion for acquittal proved. If Michelle knew nothing she KNEW she assisted in the coverup.
Troconis is way too smart to have had all those things happen and not know exactly what Fotis had done to Jennifer. Not only did she participate in the cover up, she did so willingly and with malice. Nothing else explains her bizarre behaviour the day Jennifer went missing.

She was a beauty and still is. I met her many years ago when Jennifer was a young lady. I worked for Liz Clairborne and Gloria and her husband used to attend dinner parties with Jennifer. I believe she is wearing a Liz Clairborne suit at the trial. She is such a beautiful and kind lady and my heart breaks for her. I pray for her everyday and hope with time her heart heals but losing a child is not easy as I lost my son 8 years ago. Gloria was the sister in law of my boss Liz Claiborne.

Kinda sad that Fotis’ waterskiing buddy won’t watch anything about the trial because he just doesn’t want to believe Fotis could murder his wife. THEN says the media frenzy at the pond was the hardest day of his life bc his “precious pond” was being disturbed. Meanwhile Jennifer’s 88 year old mother is sitting in the gallery since she had just testified. I felt so bad for her. What a beautiful woman.

They’re doing their job, and that’s what you should want to ensure her possible conviction is unappealable. Not sure why everyone is so aghast when def attorneys do what defense attorneys are supposed to do.
What in the whole hell is going on here? Here we go with this BS defense and their irrelevant questioning! No one cares about your ski pond and whatever that entails. A mother of 5 is gone! I, nor does anyone else care about the effects this had on your little ski club. You are the company you keep, Sir! You along with Troconis were enthralled by Fotis's status and money. Instead of measuring Fotis by the content of his character.

@LoriB1126 From what I can understand about the history of their marriage, yes, it was Jennifer's family's money. If Fostis was judged by others based on the content of his character that could've been seen. Fotis seemed to be an opportunist.

Curious… have you ever heard of Adventures with a Purpose? Those guys find bodies underwater / vehicle accidents… whereas many times the police had searched & missed it. Those guys need to search his precious little pond. If she’s there, they will find her.

I’m at the 2:43 min mark. What a shallow man. A woman is missing and he is devastated that the pond is being searched. Well if his friend didn’t murder her there wouldn’t have been any police at the pond. SMH

The defence lawyer is such an annoying , grating person. His questions are so confusing and poorly formulated. It seems like the judge is constantly tutoring him
Love this Judge ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ : he is the gold standard for all judges, the Supreme Court should have him...he is smart, capable, knows the law inside and out, explains his reasoning in extrlemely simple and understandable terms, and cool as a cucumber.
Love love when he closes his eyes and rocks back and forth, but when an objection arises he opens his eyes, and is sharper than a ginzu knife. Also love how he reprimands mostly the defense with the skill of a ninja, by the time the defense understands what he has said, they are bled out without knowing where they were cut
Judge also has the temperament of a grandfather, mentoring and shepherding his kids...would

Defense: We contend that count 2 and 4 merit acquittal because we interpret the evidence in a way to suggest it does not apply
Prosecution: the defense interpreting the evidence differently than the prosecution is what how the legal system works.
Judge: defense is batshit
Jennifer all her married life was sleeping with a psychopath. Fotis mental model is simple:
Marry
Wife stay at home and pump out his babies
Protect his children
Make children like himself (Fotis)
If Mother takes changed his expectation, then Murder Mother
Jennifer was 50, alpha man Fotis was going through a midlife crisis...cheat on wife, get younger model.
Folks: I don't know about you, but it is really difficult for me to even yell at another human...how a grown man can bludgeon his wife, probably dismember and bury her, is beyond me.

He was really upset & almost emotional that they searched his area with dogs & a boat in the water because they were invading the privacy of of his pond, but never took into consideration they were looking for a missing person, a member that could have been in danger or deceased.

Hair dresser hurt defense saying Michelle was happy the day after Jennifer’s disappearance
2:50 mark… Very telling. On May 23, Fotis told his friend of 30 years that he was finally seeing progress to get to see the kids full time again and that they would all be skiing together again soon.
Is this Hutch guy for real? His pond? Police invading his pond. He can thank his buddy Fotis for all that.

What does the information from Hutch and his insulated little Ski Club have to do with anything. He’s ridiculous. He seems to be amused by this whole situation. Hello, your buddy murdered the mother of his five children.
The first female asking the questions is terrible at asking questions as she barely speaks up and then yells at the older lady rudely to "speak up". Her grammar is horrible and she can't be bothered calling her Mrs.Farber and instead opts for "Gloria". WTF?!
In fairness the prosecutor did ask Ms. Farber beforehand if she preferred her to call her Ms. Farber or Gloria and Jennifer’s mother asked for her to please call her Gloria. Not sure if you caught that part.
Sadly I don’t think the state proved without reasonable doubt that MT was knowingly involved. I think she knew more than she admits but I saw no proof.
I know.... the prosecutor mentions things like the garbage bag with her fingerprint on it, and bloody items of Jennifer's inside.... She could have easily just got that bag off the roll for photos who then put the items of Jennifer's inside..... She had fires in her fireplace which could have destroyed evidence..... Yet there's no proof of any evidence in the fireplace or in the home period.😮
The prosecution also states that Michelle helped clean up a spilled coffee and therefore is involved in the cleanup of a murder??????
They're also trying to say because she kept the car keys or the truck keys, the obviously she was trying to keep the truck because of evidence in the truck..... Then why did she give the keys back???? Oh my gosh their so called evidence is so beyond flimsy I will be surprised if the jury comes back with a guilty verdict.
@@astrialindah2773I think they are going to have a hard time deciding due to things like answering phone calls for Dulos, picking him up at the car wash, the keys from the Toyota, the negative feelings about Jennifer, the driving back and forth multiple times on the 29th, her seated in the passenger of the truck while he was getting rid of evidence (the fed ex envelope containing car plates in front of her while her door was open), her inconsistent statements with police. Then you do have to consider was she in the dark because Fotis intended on keeping everything quiet so he could get away with it.

During interrogation claimed to have such a great relationship w/Nicole’s father Gaston Begue - reading up… wasn’t always that cordial. Had to have paternity test.
