It's a really fun game. I care way more about the story than I thought I would. I don't personally like the sexualization and fan service stuff, but there's lots of characters that aren't like that too. Plenty of different appeal for everyone.
I’ve dropped Nikke a couple times… but always find myself coming back because it has something rare in gacha games… “homey” feeling with the interactions, voiced great story, and such a generous staff.

Nikke was the only game that was able to take my attention off anything Mihoyo designed. Even if WuWa succeeds it's trying to be Genshin, Nikke itself stands alone as its own and that's worth coming back and back again. I think to perfectly sum it up is that Nikke has been a great guilty pleasure.b
started for the physics 😅 but stayed for the story, in fact i don't even notice the asses anymore i tend to focus on the fight itself, when you're simply a spectator it's easier to focus on the asses now try doing a solo raid while watching the asses... (probably doable but not for me)

the only down side off nikke is that damn long loading screen, everytime u click something bammm loading, like 1/3 of gameplay is in loadingscreen
The game doesnt work to great on lower end phones, I had the same issues until I upgraded my phone

try updating your phone but if it doesn’t solve the problem either get used to it or get a new phone

SHIFT UP need to make a Genshin Impact inspired game. It will blow up with over 50 Million Pre-Registrations.
There's rumors of Shift Up working on a Genshin competitor floating around. So that would mean Korean gacha devs working on their own Genshin style gacha.
It won't be generous due to how much it costs to actually develop. Genshin has to be stingy with its dupe system because it costs more money to develop than most gacha games. That's why you won't see a Japanese gacha developer make an open world gacha similar to Genshin anytime soon.

Well Stix, I used to hate Solo Raids before, but then I realized that's the easiest way to get materials to enhance your cubes from the lost sectors and you get a few gems at the end of the raid season... so...

I’m loving Nikke but there’s 2 things that irritate me atm in game
1. Don’t remember the game mode but you have to explore the area to beat the enemies and get the chest, I’m at a lvl where I need 2 teams but they limit the amount of units you can bring to 6, so no matter what neither of my teams have enough firepower to beat the enemies in time. They don’t die just lose to time limit in battle
2. Those gacha skins when you have to spend money, it’s more irritating then just regular skins to buy in shop imo

I stopped playing Nikke because I spent so many crystals on the gacha but I NEVER got that featured character. I hate the gacha system and never got the characters I wanted so I stopped playing it.
its different for all players, Mine i just play the game with new account and got every featured character in 30 to 40 pulls. The Luck of your account sucks

@@OnlyProgramming-hs9op I do like 40idh pulls give or take. When Bay came out I downloaded the game(I heard she wasn’t very good) and I liked the way she looked and all. I made 3 accounts never got her.
I also had a Nikke account from like last Christmas(2022) and I got Winter Rupee or whatever her name is and I pulled and pull and never got a duplicate for her. So I deleted it then I downloaded it again last year and I got so many SSR’s Viper, Harran, Isabel, and Sakura(Im looking at a list) I think that was all of them. Which I got angry at since I didnt het Rupee. Ik Nikke is fairly f2p so there isnt much gating as far as I know but I never got the featured ssr I wanted. So thats why I deleted it sorry for the mini yapping spree.
But thats why I play Azur Lane the most f2p game there is. 650+ girls to chose. There are better characters and skins(my opinion)

My fav game is honkai star rail, nikke is my 2nd favorite. I really enjoyed this events tower defence mini game, I would enjoy a shift up tower defence game I reckon, like perhaps an off shoot of nikke, a filler story or something like that Idk.

So let me ask you, do you still need several copies of a character to be able to raise them past a certain level? because that seems like an awful way to force people to spend money to advance in power. At least that's what i remember how it was when it first came out.
Bro I got normal Scarlet yesterday but I already use scarlet black shadow. Also a meta comp for shredding bosses is crown, scarlet black shadow, modernia, red hood and Rapunzel. I've been shredding bosses like their paper lol!

Nikke player since day 1 and I love every bit of the game. I play almost all aspects of the game ... but I must say the new trend of Main Story Line skins being locked behind the gacha skin paywall is a little... unnerving to say the least but It wont stop me from playing the game, Love the story📖, Love the Music🎶, Love the Jiggles🥰
i like the game a lot for story characters, but i dont know if is because im from south america and away from the server or something . the game takes almost 2 minutes to reach the login menu , jesus christ

I used to play the game but got annoyed with the dev insistance to keep ninja below CP debuff. They so clueless to the point theu rent max lv 200 unit with limited usage to "fix" the stupid system. Very not new player friendly mostly due to 160 gate and lv up cost.

Rapi moments everything revolves story is beyond from what I see.
In my opinion its better than Honkai Impact 3rd story by a little bit.
Especially event stories, normally event stories are not relatable to its main story
but here its related, even the current event; indivilia who was revived on main story
would just die(the devs probably will cook something again) on this event.
Even the jokey bits like the new year event with Scarlet and Rosanna's jealousy in the 2nd D event implies you bond 10'd with EVERYONE.
I don't really agree if we're moving away from subjectivity, solely based on how they advertised the game as giga coomer 1 hand only action, and yet still ended up censoring content from the game on release, excusing it with the same shit they said about the stellar blade censorship a few weeks ago (it was always our intended version BatChest) and subsequent content releases feeling more toned down with each update. That added to the fact that the actual number of units that have interactive 1-hand gameplay is not that large, and the cashgrabby feel of the game with the 2 hour giga sale popups BUY IT NOW OR MISS IT FOREVER!!!! and 50 different type of passes and 60 usd skin gachas back to back (and 20 usd for every skin) kind of just boils down to a "pass" for me. I did reinstall recently to see how it was compared to release, but nothing actually got better.
As someone that doesn’t care about ass… I tried this game twice and I only see an auto-idle-battler. But the story is way better than your average gacha.
Respectfully, my opinion.
What a minute, I though I heard Stix doesn't actually play the game. 🤣 I've been playing Nikke for over a year and I still enjoy it. The story is great and the character development is great. I've really bonded with several characters (Anis, Privaty, Mica, Sakura, and of course, Marion) and every scene with Syuen brings me joy.

Yes yes yes, you have badgered me enough already to make me start. In chapter 6 right now. Crown banner is being brutal to me. 110 pulls,1 SSR and no Crown.

dont waste your gems , do the free once a day pull, i wasted all my currency on purpose because i wanted to get the ticket that automatically gives the character - 5 pulls left to get that one so next big collab i will just get character automatically. That said i got Crown in the free pulls , so don't be like me , try the free daily pull , didn't get her , try again next day , keep doing that and if when its like a day left for the event to end and you still don't have her that is when you should waste your resources , be patient dont do what i did cuz its not worth it and i only did it because i was close to getting the ticket
I got crown in Just 10 pulls.
But yeah SSR rate is 4% but pilgrims are waaaay lower rate

One thing that's disappointing about nikke, and the reason I haven't played it yet, is the lack of male characters. But it's understandable that the female characters are the highlight of the game. :/

i think the ratio of female to male characters should be 70/30, but for Nikke it's 99/1.
example good ratio charactor > star rail/1999 reverse/7k/ etc.

In addition to everything already mentioned, the voice acting is great and makes me feel like I'm playing through an anime. The in game music is also great! Great production quality all around.
If you want to play another game with extremely hot waifus, I recommend Brown Dust 2. This game goes insane with cutscenes ngl💀

I’m a new player I got crown 4 times, Noir, and Black shadow scarlet using the free pulls they gave me. I think my account is goated.
Over 2 months already close to level 120. Haven't spent any money and I already have soo many strong characters.
I might try to get that outfit for crown which will cost $50. But i say they deserve my well some of my money after allowing me to get so far without spending anything at all.

Snowbreak has to be the best comeback game of 2024 and their skin game (and story imo) is far above Nikke. $20 for a skin and they give you the unit for free whereas Nikke over here charging $50-$60 for a live2d blatantly censored image. That is what annoys me about Nikke, they have all the ingredients to make potent skins worthy of that price tag, but instead, they are so blatant with covering them up and not letting the artists pop off because they want to appeal to a larger audience.
Yep, really not getting this cult feeling around Nikke tbh. I tried the game twice and it was boring both times, and the coomer shit they promised was barely there. I did get instead like 15 popups about time limited sales and they tried to bait me into spending money on a SKIN gacha

I can say with full confidence that Nikki is the best gacha game I have ever played with Beautiful characters and an amazing story that keeps me on edge every time a new chapter comes not to mention the current community is very kind and not toxic for now.

I’m sorry but one doesn’t play Nikke, one watches Nikke. I got bored of it after a while because I found myself auto battling constantly. Hot Wifu’s aside, it’s not very fun to play. Genshin is bussing lately with the stories and leading up to Natlan, the next PGR patch is going to be great also. All I need now is WW’s and I’m set. I’ll try Zenless, wait for Enfield, wait or duet, a few other games too
