- For the first time in #Sweden's political history, the right-wing coalition struck a cooperation agreement with the far-right Sweden Democrats in October 2022 in order to secure a slim parliamentary majority. This allowed Ulf Kristersson, leader of the Moderate Party, to be elected prime minister by a narrow margin. The Sweden Democrats are now trying to show a less radical face in order to broaden their electorate and succeed in getting closer to power - they currently have no ministers in the cabinet. FRANCE 24's Jack Colmer Gale and Mohamed Farhat went to Stockholm and Uppsala to meet some of the young people involved in Sweden's far-right politics.

I know the democrats in USA are right wing and destroyed the economy now when they got Joe Biden, but in Sweden đžđȘ itâs not that classic centre-right / right wing, in Sweden itâs Far right which is much better quality.

Arw you kidding? Sweden is entirely dependant on people from other countries. Just look at the mining industry which is Sweden's biggest industry. You'll find alot of immigrants working there because we don't have enough swedes to take care of it. The right wing goverment has called for a higher wage requirements on workforce immigration which will probably ruin alot. Since they want educated engineers to the north. However that's not what's lacking the most. We need lower educated people aswell to do the hard work.

That we wonât have people passing laws or indict that rob people of wealth and liberty.

Well the state is built on cultural homogeneity to much diversity and it breaks. The school system for example was built to create an identity for the country to keep the population from rebelling
I am very interested in my country's history but I don't see how that's going to effect me culturally and see no reason why it should effect me culturally.

It is wrong that it is mainly from the social democrats moving to Sweden democrats.. it is mainly voters from Moderats and that is why the surpassed the Moderats in the last election.. Moderats had before that been one of the two biggest parties for over 40 years
The Sweden democrats used to run around in the bigger cities shouting "Sieg Heil" until around 2000.. then overnight they had fine suits and ties and even changed their party logo to a light blue flower, it used to be a viking with a nazi slogan
One Sweden democrat politician even accidentally said that they need to "act cool" until they become Swedens biggest party and that is when the war starts
It is pretty obvious that there is some other, probably foreign power who wanted to cause disarray in Sweden and pushed money and psychological expertise to help the Sweden democrats grow

Hm, that's very sad. Sweden has historically tried to stay out of political and military conflict. Not like they were ever a respected nation anyway.
