Two things I want. One: a playlist of the Ryan George’s videos that are the one off videos. And Two: a video of all of Pitch Meetings on a 24/7 video rotation

Over thirty minutes of Ryan George talking to Ryan George, my favorite type of content.
I love Screenwriter Guy and Producer Guy!
Produced by Ryan George
“The videos have to be over thirty minutes now I decided”
And directed by Ryan George. And filmed by Ryan George.
Me to
having them stacked together makes the first one's plot appear credible and straight forward.
I just play the soundtrack in the background, and somehow, by the power of the main title theme alone, it still makes sense.
Especially when the writer is insulting our intelligence so something awesome can happen.
Edit: It doesn't work for the last one. : (

I love that Ryan basically just explains what happens in the first movie with barely any plot holes and each pitch meeting afterwards gets more and more ridiculous.
That's why my wife and I only count the first movie----- which we both LOVE.
But ALL of the sequels-----yeah, I'm in complete denial that they even happened.
@@anthonybranch4712 the first 3 were great. Even though they had plot holes they told a compelling and interesting story
I love the first 3 movies. But the last 2 weren't so good.
I didn't like the second and third movies at first but with the full context I actually really like them on rewatching. 4 was so abysmally bad though I checked out for good from the franchise
@@anthonybranch4712 Same here.
Fun fact: When Jack catapults himself over the gap while attached to the pole was an actual stuntman, no CGI or special effects. He actually did it. Madness.
Wait really?
im gonna need a source on that... maybe the guy really did the flip on some wires and they composited in a background? he lands on his feet from like 9 feet up, but treats it as if it was a small jump. idk
@@shoulderBirb yes this. They remove the rigs and wires and add the bg. So it's a practical stunt but it's still assisted. Most of the stunts are done this way for the series. Gi Joe....
@@thanatoast4389 this works :) compositing is incredible
i mean ofc im not saying they did this flip over an actual cliff like in the final cut, but also i feel like their upwards arc is not realistic for them to land the way they did without permanent damage on their knees or legs
@@omeloithemarshmallow7663 yeah, and it was super easy, barely an inconvenience

"so you have a movie for me"
I'll never get tired of hearing that sentence.
Getting new movie pitches is TIGHT
Yes sir I do
- So you have a video idea for me?
- Yes sir I do, it’s basically videos we’ve already done, but, you know, edited into one video.
- I don’t know if this is such a good idea, I mean our audience has already seen these videos.
- Well I figured we can put them out anyway to have them generate us additional views and some ad revenue.
- What’s that last word?
- It means money, sir.
- Oh I like money, let’s do this thing, so what kind of videos do we put into this video?
- Just the more popular ones organized around a common theme so that it will look fresh and interesting.
- Very cool.
- Yeah yeah yeah, this way we will only have to edit our existing videos and not even need to shoot a single scene.
- Oh, creating content without substantial effort is tight!
- It sure is, sir.
- But do you think they will really click on this even though it says “compilation?”
- That’s what we’re going with.
- Why not just create a playlist of them instead of making a new video?
- So that the money can happen.
- Oh that definitely needs to happen.
- It will.
- But surely it will be hard fooling our audience into watching this considering they must have seen them all dozens of times by now.
- It’ll be super easy, barely an inconvenience.
- Oh really?
- Yeah, see, we conditioned them to click on anything pitch meeting related, so we can practically put out anything with pitch meeting in its title and it’s like guaranteed revenue.
- Oh, that means money!
- Yes, sir.
- Did I mention I like that?
- A couple of times, sir.
- Whoops!
- Whoopsie!
- So how about we create a bunch of these compilations, just a whole bunch of them? Honestly money without effort sounds amazing.
- Won’t our audience catch on that we’re doing them only for the money?
- I sure hope not!
- Fingers crossed!

careena being Barbosa's daughter still feel's way more organic than rey being palpatines grand daughter
Because the Pirates writers actually planned for Carina to be Barbosa's daughter, while everyone working on the Star Wars sequels had no idea what they were doing and settled on Rey being a Palpatine at the last minute.

I say it every day to either my kids or my employees. Also Oh...magawd
That "Elizabeth" Is so spot on I'm convinced it was edited from the movie
I like how the solution to Will Turner living at home with Elizabeth and their kid is literally just flood the house with a foot of water.
Will turner loves Elizabeth but became busy once she had her kid.
I'm wondering why Elizabeth and the kid couldn't have just visited Will on a boat every now and then?

Has no one ever thought, that Elizabeth can just....get on a boat, and meet up with Will on the sea?? Everyday??
Also, why didn't she just join him on the Dutchman? She was an accomplished fighter and she knew her way around a boat. She was also super in love with Will and wouldn't want to leave him.
And then why was Will shirking his duty to the dead? The Dutchmen crew only got fish bits on them because they weren't doing their job.
In #4: "So, a prophecy then?" "Sure. A prophecy. I don't even care anymore." omg hilarious delivery

I actually like that they didn't show the kraken get killed. It was like a force of nature and an embodiment of the untamed seas, and for it to unceremoniously die adds to the sense of tragedy of the end of an era and passing of the romanticized aspects of pirates.
Hm
I always assumed the battle with the black pearl basically killed it / seriously injured it and then as the Navy gets control they abuse it by demanding it attacks ship after ship which it doesn't do very efficiently as it's limping along and the build up of injuries eventually finishes it
No, Lord Beckett mentions that he made Davy Jones kill his “pet”. As I never see a cat on board the Dutchman I assume he meant the Kraken.

The bit about Aztec gods and religious beliefs deconstruction is brilliant and underrated. I didn’t even question that.. 😞
Well you could argue that other gods are real as well and as their god only wants symbolic cannibalism and is the accepted religion on their part of the world following these rules is probably better than of the 'cut your heart out' gods that curse money
Producer: Hey wait wasn’t Calypso the goddess of the sea? Why does Poseidon exist? And didn’t she make the curse of the Dutchman? And how does this all relate to those Aztec gods? Isn’t there an ocean one of them?

That moment somewhere halfway through where I realize I suddenly don't recognize any of the plot lines. I honestly had no idea the franchise had continued past the third movie.
The best part of the fourth film is the soundtrack with Rodrigo y Gabriela. The best part about the fifth film is that it ends and we haven't gotten one since.
