Hey I’m Josh from Adelaide, South Australia. I'm a proud father of 3 and passionate about heavy music.
I was the bass player for post-hardcore/alternative rock group Capulet from 2004-2012, releasing an album, EP and several demos.
Capulet were signed to Red Bull and the Taperjean Music Group alongside Closure in Moscow and The Mission in Motion.
Highlights of my music career were playing with amazing bands like Anberlin, Emery, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Haste the Day, Awaken I Am, and touring Australia several times.
I wasn’t the most technical bass player, but lived for performing on stage. I have always loved the process of song writing and the visual art that accompanies music.

Reflections of violent shadows follow me for life.
Never gave into foolishness but suddenly you’re wrong.
What you want, I can’t offer; even now, on this throne.
Set a course for a new life where each day’s another disaster.
Now we’re forced to reveal it for ourselves.
It’s not hard to get lost on a path so unfamiliar (a path that’s always been).
Save a life at what cost? Now we’re on a track we’ve all forgotten.
    We’re counting down.
The further we descend now, we tangle the web.
    Compounding our torn existence.
Sick and twisted, drowning in darkened thoughts of a life we’re all born to squander.
Slow now, the hate sets on like a father scorns desponded sons.
If there is any way out, we’ll find it.
It’s not hard to get lost on a path so unfamiliar (a path that’s always been).
Save a life at what cost? Now we’re on a track we’ve all forgotten (complacency).
It’s not hard to get lost.
It’s not hard to get lost on a path so unfamiliar (a path that’s always been).
Save a life at what cost? Now we’re on a track we’ve all forgotten (extinction).
    The way I’d seen it, we were in control;
But it’s just not the way this works.
It’s not hard to get lost on a path so unfamiliar.
    A path that’s always been.
Take a bow for the long forgotten.

On the last part part where you say "that moment" I think it's only the main riff being brought up to the front of the mix! I love that riff! Vocals also changing ofc. But drums and bass seems to be doing the same as before
