Use butter before pouring batter into plates so idalis won't stick to the bottom and comes out with no effort 😊

Hello ma'am... Apki Idli to kaafi aachi bani hai, kya recipe hai... Actually me bhi Jan banata hu ban to jaati hai but kaafi tight and hard si rahti hai and fluffy nahi banti. Aluminium ka maker hai mere pass... Raat bhar daal and chawal ko bhiga kar bhi rakh ke aachse banata hu... Chawal and dal ka ratios bhi change karke dekh liye...but nahi hua... Help kijiye. 😅
