Great job Ramon ! Knowing the history of the wood makes this project extra special. I also have a Shaper Origin and agree that it's an amazing tool, the engraving and inlay use has dramatically changed my woodworking, I enjoy using it more and more with each project.

Thanks ! Yep…that’s the saw. The blade is a Lennox Woodmaster carbide tipped. 1” wide x 2 teeth per inch. I believe the kerf is about 1/32”. Works well
I’ve made tests with box joints and if the joinery is tight…not too tight where you need a sledge hammer😆 , but a good fit…then they only take minimal glue. Or you could add blue tape prior to glue up.

I did some countertops with waterlox. The island was 120” x 50”. The finish does amazing and holds up well over years.

Looking good did just screw tha automax clamp on the bench?
I use a long bolt and the supplied knob under my bench. I think I shared this on IG. I’ll try to find that post and tag you. Thanks
