Hi Cece, I liked the sauce with that boiled plantain and how you prepared it. But I can't figure out this: what is njangsa? After you hand-mixed it, it looked like melon, but no. Please what is it called in English?

    • @ceceskitchen8350

Njangsa is a yellow like seed spice that is being used in most African dishes..the Nigerian called it Akpi...Cameroonian call it njangsa...it come a plant call Ricinodendron..njangsa is also call rare palm seed.Google it out for for information.im always honour to have u around 😊
