Just started to make minis as I was missing pottery because it was closed over Easter! I made my first too pieces yesterday and so thrilled with them! I made a tiny weeny bottle and a tiny vase! Amazed I was actually scale down my throwing that much! 😂
I belong to a miniature guild. We mostly work in 1 inch scale which means 12 inches = 1 inch in mini. So, very tiny. I just bought a regular sized wheel. And a mini kiln. I'm thinking I should have purchased a mini wheel. Thanks for your mini video
I'm interested. My mini wheel really slows down with downward force at all.. and really whenever I do most things. I put it on full speed and try to regulate the speed by my little finger on my left hand..

I am looking for a mini pottery wheel for my wife; she is an experienced potter. Do you have any suggestions?
What kind of clay do you use?
