Curious cause i havent tried it, does lifelines self rez give you a chance to use it in this mode. Also, could you save it for final zone, go down and just crawl around immune to being thirsted and wait for the enemy team to die to final zone since youd have a self rez still that you could use to outlast them
I would have never known about this event if I didn’t watch your vid. Plus it took me 5 minutes to find the menu for it. Oh and getting curb stomped by preds isn’t fun either, good times lol
agreed my first game was with 2 guys grouped up who have never played 3 strikes before and disconnected once they got downed. I felt like every enemy team was a 3 stack masters :), then on my second game, when we respawned, it bugged and respawned my teammates in the ring :|
I like your attitude, just have fun. You do a excellent life line, certainly much much better than those other two. Why don't you throw out your healing pod before you jump out and shot someone, the enemy always will look and shoot at it instead of you, giving you an advantage.
They really messed that one up. Half the games my mates left the game after their first death. Two games the server closed. Three games i actually had mates doin the rumble challange as well. So sad
the matchmaking is just full on broken. my friend is just brand new to apex and she passed her orientation matches. she did well because the bots don't really shoot at you. So in her first official match against actual players. They put her against masters and preds and three stacks. She was a level 2. And people want to believe the SBMM is needed.
And this is why i haven't even bothered with the tournament. If rich can only leap into the top 9%, I'm not coming remotely close enough for it to matter. I'd just bring down whatever team I'm on. Lol not worth the headache.

Just one of many examples of the issues of doing it this way where you only get those 10 games IMO. So much of it is luck based. I think the angle they should take with this is a fun event towards the end of a season. It doesn't have to be crazy competitive, but make it fair at least.

If what you say is true, then should there also be a separate playlist for people with high k/d ratios? Yes it's true that stacking is annoying but some would argue its entirely necessary to deal with solo predators or masters. As a streamer yourself you have a distinct advantage. I don't know what you use but Jankz uses a special controller. If it didn't improve the way you play the game there would be no point in buying it so it must be for that reason that he does use it.
It's not that they lied it the fact your experiencing MMR the replacement of sbmm where if you solo qué instead of getting two similar skilled teammates you instead get someone who has played it for two years and a noob all the time, came in last season and has ruined the experience and there doing the forced events again and telling no one about it
Respawn will always i repeat always will mess up their execution, the fact is people will continue to spend money in game so why would the developers really care or really try
The way they implemented this also encourages cheating. Some no lifes are going to boost for a whole event, just to get a badge for an account. After ten hours the #1 player on Rumble had over 1,000 kills, 2nd place had just over 500. Kinda wish they'd support regular players over pro streamers/cheaters.

after 1600 hours into Apex I uninstalled it. Apex is one of the worst games to be out rn. They don't fix any bugs. just keep dropping new stuff and not fix anything. Audio is still crap. Three strike spawning sucks. Hacking is still hardcore. I'm not saying i'm a plat or higher player but i'm not a crap player either. but i have been playing video games for over 30 years. Apex has ruined battle royals and any other game like this.

I found that out last night after playing the regular 3 strikes when one of my teammates mentioned he was going for ranked points at end game.

For my first game of the ten, I queued in with one AFK guy and one guy who admitted he is not good at combat so he just wanted to run from everybody.

You can reset your progress up to like the 6th or 8th game....should be 9th, but it's bugged atm
