Hi. I attended my conciliation and settlement with employer wasn’t reached. Got certificate of no resolution. I want to cancel my union shopsteward representative because he fails to meet with me and discuss matters. I feel he will drop me at the last minutes. I want to go with a legal representative to the arbitration. Is it allowed and How do I apply for that?

      Hello Mmpho
      Thank you for your question.
Yes legal representation is allowed at the CCMA. Especially for arbitrations.
You have to apply under Rule 25 of the CCMA rules.

my employer wants me to volentarily make my family homeless by moving out of a staff house they gave me permission to occupy on condition i act as extra security and be available after hrs and weekends wich we agreed on ,while the application for lease was motivated and aproved by previous Area Manager and submitted by my line manager whos idea it was i did not resighn almost a year ago ,now im being harrased to give a date when ill move out , but i cannot afford to rent because im in the process of paying off debt , i feel like this is a conspiracy against me to move out ,even though ive on numerous occasions told my manager and HR we have nowhere to go , only option im left with is to resign wich is unfair because i was put in this situation now they done using me to keep the house safe 24/7 now they wana through us out, HELP PLEASE IM STRESSED MY WIFE WAS HOSPITALISED FOR 10 DAYS AFTER I TOLD HER ABOUT THE NOTICE, I DONT FEEL LIKE WORKING FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS CLAIMING ITS THE CITY WHO WANTS US OUT
