    We were really fed up living in the 'YUK' and being taxed to death and ripped off for everything over 20 years ago, so sold up and moved to Cyprus to live the dream in 2003 for a much better standard of living all round. And have never regretted it for financial reasons and life style. Our village council tax is €170 a YEAR and we get our bin emptied twice a week. We have great health care system, and have both state and private health care which is brilliant with no waiting lists. And we can see a dentist or doctor in the same week. And pay peanuts in income tax !

    Hi, I moved to Cyprus 3 months ago because of your videos on your 2nd channel. I've got my appointment for the end of May with the immigration MEU1 which ask for prove of sufficient income and health insurance (international insurance or local?). Does Non-Dom statut has to be filled after they agree and I got the Registration Certificate? Could you do a video about The MEU1 to explain it, it's confusing. Thanks in advance

    Amazing content, thank you!
    Does the IP Box regime applies to freelancers who provide IT services?
    It seems to only apply to companies that build SaaS products.

    • @taxone
      @taxone  Před 2 měsíci

      Thank you very much as well. The IP Box does not apply to service providing invoices, it applies to revenue generated when registered intellectual property is exploited.

    • @taxone
      @taxone  Před 2 měsíci

      There are many factors that come into play. Which country and whether there is tax at source, where you receive the rental income (personal or company), there are also deductions in Cyprus, and other things, so it's best to fill out our form and we will get back to you.

    Germany is the 3rd largest exporter worldwide,and you're telling me that what you couldn't make it in Germany you can make in Cyprus 😅😅

      The burocracy is horrible in Germany. Also the tax authoritys make problems with everything. Every big write of they challenge like he is explaining with the suites. I have friends where the tax authoritys asked them why there was a Shisha on the dining invoice of an business meeting with a client... Thats a small inside for you😂

      We're talking mainly for small and medium sized businesses here. Of course, if you're a multinational company, life get's easier because you have a team of hundreds or thousands of people that deal with the daily hassle a solopreneur deals with. That's the main point why we think Cyprus is the superior choice when it comes to starting or scaling a business. But also for established companies, Cyprus offers a better tax scheme where you can safe a huge amount of taxes as a big company.
