sir thanks for introduction video, but i'm facing problem when i trying to remove chip, it will stop 4 or 5 inch up from chip, how i can fix his position, so it will reached to on the chip, and pls give me any link for heating (temperature) list for all chip, Help me out,,,,, Thanks

I just bougth this machine model 720, the program dont save a new program or change an existent one. The dealer dont answer my support ticket. Can you make a video showing how to create or modify a program? Please.
