Honestly, I don’t think horizon 5 will stop with content anytime soon. I know most people are gonna think horizon 6 will release so soon, but I personally don’t. In my opinion, it needs the time it deserves to even be optimized and look like a playable game. 5 still has a lot of life left.
I agree and also these games are taking longer to make and costing more and the AAA studios like playground and T10 are going to take time to make these high quality games 5-6 years now
I really hope that FH6 takes a year or two more to release. I don't want another half baked game.

You ever heard of Pixel Mafia? I think they were the ones who were scanning more car models simultaneously and maybe that's why we were getting so many New-to-Forza cars every month.

@@M5Akluckily, all you need is an emulator called Xenia. HokiHoshi actually made a video on how to install and configure Xenia for FH1. There may be a few visual bugs here and there, but otherwise the game runs fine
FH6 will be not be available on my console so long live FH5! I also don’t think PG are far enough into FH6 development to release FH6 in 2024.
Im still enjoying Fh5 quite a lot, but yeah it feels likes its either staying here, or this is last few good and quality updates we get

I can definitely believe them numbers, i regularly play now to do all the playlists when there was a time i just never bothered with the game, a lot of the accolades are impossible for me to complete now since i stopped for a big chunk of time
Live service has life in it, but the game itself doesn't, hasn't had in long time. If already stopped playing the game, and went to enjoy old Horizon titles as those feel more alive.
I think if xbox doesnt show anything of fh6 in the 2024 game showcase probably fh6 will be released until 2025, maybe that is the reason that playground games still are developing decent updates. Or maybe fh6 will be released until the next gen Xbox console?

I think that FH5 might go on for another year before FH6 comes out.
Reason being that their schedule is still in catchup mode from the (at this point by many already forgotten) pandemic that hampered many projects and even killed a few stidios in the long term. Which also was the reason for the slow start of FH5, as they had to get the game out before they had all planned content ready.
Personally i can wait another year for horizon 6 if it means we will see a huge difference in features and gameplay. i'm still having fun with fh5 and still havent completed all the races or collected all the cars after two years of playing 2000 hours. fh4 and motosport are also still on the table for me to try, theres no rush.
after all this time i have to admit that fh4 map was really great :D and i miss the snow... 😢

I used a solution to fix my boredom with fh5: restarting the game. I know I lost all my progress, but I was able to do what made the game fun in the first place. And I could always grind and try to auction snipe some rare cars in the auction house, or the rare cars might return to the festival playlist. I just wanted to get that out there.
Can you do that without losing the DLC? I want to do it with possibly the 3rd game but I also have the Hot Wheels DLC that I don’t want to lose
@@chuckowiley you’re only restarting your progress, not removing your dlc, because if that would be the case, then that would mean you’re selling it all, which you cannot do. So if you restart the game, you’ll still keep your car packs and expansions. But you will have to restart the progress within the expansions all over again.
The one thing i really hope for in FH6 is somthing that i feel FH4/FH5 are lacking. The excitment. To this day FH3's trailer gives me goosebumps and I also really hope that the developers besides improving graphics will focus on just the overall feeling of the game and actually make it look and feel like its "alive".
Forza Horizon 3's intro still gives me goosebumps to this day even though I replayed this game like 5 times already.
Forza Horizon 6 really needs to follow it's predecessors steps if it wants to actually be something good and memorable

The Ginetta, to me, stands out from the rest of the car pack
A “Horizon Global” would be quite neat - one final game, slowly over time adding new countries/nations i.e. the United Kingdom, Japan, America etc. Even making each country a paid DLC would be quite cool tbh
No paid dlc is horrible, maybe certain areas but no, it would be like £70 for a new area would push loads of people away
I've brought this up on posts here and on other channels, how a final Forza Horizon could be released by combining the maps of all five games, along with their expansions, then adding in maps of new areas over time, like Japan, Tanzania, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, India and more. The key is they'd need to keep the cost down and price the maps at the same as an expansion, say $20-$30, or it'd seem like a ripoff since the map is only part of the game.
Or just make it like Euro Truck Simulator 2. Unlocking new areas through DLC and everything feels seamless.
Destiny tried doing that. It just makes the game too big.
I would be cool with FH5 going on for at least another year, I love the game but it isnt the only one I play. They need to take their time with FH6 and try not to repeat what happened with Motorsport. An additional map for FH5 would be awesome but I doubt they would do something that major with a title reaching end of life.

There's small difference with UI's in the garage
Some (i only found one) cars brakes glow
Some cars sound just a little bit better
They are doing a lot of Stealth updates yes, which sometimes makes me wonder if PGG cannot get the New Engine to Work properly and have gone back to the old Engine (as at least it works!) so a lot of the Stealth Improvements we are seeing are to get it ready for FH6... maybe I am just going mad however...

The Shelby, is one of My favorites from the car pack
i own every Forza Motorsports title including all DLC since 2005, all xbox consoles with Forza saved data. i am 1 of a few that received ALL title loyalty bonus when Horizon 5 offered loyalty reward. i have multiple leaderboard records in every Forza since Forza 4. i am Souled Out aka RacerX. i have raced and beat your dad, brothers, and their friends over the past 18 years. i am 57 yrs old, still Racing and Keeping Gaming Fun

Relating to the xbox showcase in June, I'm hopeful they wouldn't announce it before the event and either keep it as a surprise until then, or only announce it's presence there closer to the time. I'd personally love to get a new Horizon game this year too.
Ether way im extremely excited for the next installment for the horizon series. I just hope we get a bigger lobby size so we can finally have 14 to maybe even up 18 car convoys
The 67 GT500 is one of my favorite Shelby and Stang and be able to change the front end to make a King of the Road or GT 500 KR and or a GT 500 Super Snake is even better
Playground games are working on the new Fable game so the new FH should be revealed in the end of 2025 but we need to wait until they release the Fable game or give us some information about the new FH game

Not everybody can purchase a game, because of the price. Especially in South Africa where you can pay 2000 Rand for a game. Game pass is a good thing. It caters for those who cant pay cash for a game. Im a game pass player. I do own Horizon 5 since last year and a couple of other titles

With the amount of time it takes to make a true to next gen game, I hope we don’t see FH6 until at earliest November of 2025 or 26, since it will prob also be supported for 5 years

In terms of possible release dates for FH6, I HIGHLY doubt it will be 2025 as GTA 6 is set ( supposedly) to be released in 2025. Every game developer and console company KNOWS that that game will dominate the market for weeks and months ahead and it would be devastating for any game to be released at or around that time
I honestly have loved FH5 and have even bought the car packs. Not much money for some great cars! But I am very excited to see more about FH6. It’s gonna be Huge!!
If they stop updating at a certain point, they need to make the vehicles that have been added outside of the car packs available in the autoshow. The auction House is a rip off, I still haven't gotten the barracuda as I'm not willing to waste 20 million on a 250K vehicle. I would hope that they don't continue with the auction house for Horizon 6.

I would love to be able to drive any of the cars from the carpack. The shelby is probably my favorite out of the 4 even though it does have the eleanor modifications. The van would end up being a drift car along with the mach e. The mclaren i would think it would make a decent track car. The ginetta would be a car i would just cruise around in with the shelby.
The crucial question is when FH6 releases. I think MS worried after the debacle of Motorsport - rightly so. That could either lead to fast tracking FH6 or giving it more time to make it really good. I think delivering it sooner is more likely.. but I'm not at all sure. I do think there will be at least 6 months between announcement and launch.. so a 2024 release is starting to looking unlikely.
I prefer expand mexico map or more zones to drive, more cars, or conect map's horizon franchise or something like that

Personally I think that if PGG is smart they won’t release FH6 this year but will give us a reveal teaser that announces it will release the following year with a big hint as to where it will be located…

I definitely would want to give the 2022 Ford #4 Pro Electric Supervan. I’ve always been a sucker for vans for some reason and the new Supervan looks really cool design wise
