  • With the rise in the cost of living and inflation at an all-time high, I thought it was a good time to ask the public how they are getting on. Hope you all enjoyed this video and manage to grab some value from it.
    All the best.

Americans would state their salary without hesitation, I find that interesting. I find it interesting that the brits are willing to talk about how they spend their money and less willing to talk about how they are building wealth… even if they are on minimum wage…
If you do this again please consider asking:
    - how much do you save each month
    - how much is in your pension
    - how much is in your ISA
    - do you own your own home
    - would you buy a new car or a second hand car

CEO salary £200k, after tax is less than a project manager in HK. Sad but true.

@@gourabsarker9552Like 100k sort of thing, less if you have student loans that are automatically deducted repayments alongside tax

110k after tax, not including rent/mortgage if they have to pay for it as well as bills.

@@gourabsarker9552he'd be taxed at 45% so would take home £110,000.

So to sum up. One high earner, one woman living off someone else, and everyone else low earners spending lots on clothes and watches. Pretty much sums up London - and that’s the wealthy part of London. Now try the poorer areas

Unfortunately this young man is incorrect around watch investment, and most assuredly Tag has never been investable. I have seen the boom of watches and done fairly well but it’s over for the time being for watch investment beyond the truly unique and collectible. Great vid though
