For so many years I never knew how to play UNO and you explained everything so clearly, easily to me that I will be buying a pack of UNO card and playing myself. Thanks so much
By yourself??
I checked couple of other Videos on how to play UNO and this is by far the best..
Agree
Totally
There is some rules he didn't say but it makes the game more complicated
And my friend prefer to continue the game after some one wins
So you shouldn't play with the same rules if you think it will not make the game enjoyable
I agree, I did the same thing. This video was the best.
Same here
This is the best tutorial .
Every rule is official .✅
Good explanation✅
Doesn't take .5 hrs to conclude✅
I thought whole point is to get rid of cards first.......but adding it up points , I don’t see where #1 got 38 when he’s out of cards.
*We all had that moment where someone brought out an uno kit and asked us to play uno with them but you're the only one who doesn't know how to play*
Yes this actually happened to me XD
Not anymore 😁

I didn't know that it was a race to 500 points. What we have as a rule is that if you're the first one to play all your cards, you win, that's it.
Wow !!! What a video. Clear explanation. Good work m8

It's been so long since I've played Uno, thanks for the vid mate!
The best so far.
Very helpful! Thanks❗🇹🇹
Thankyou so much really this was the best vid for the uno
Wonderful explanation 👍
When I played uno we played by different rules. When a player had no cards in their hand to play, they had to keep picking until they had a card to play then that is played. Also, scoring was not based on what is left in everyone’s hands, but rather we usually kept playing until there was only one person left
Watch your language.
I do it in a different way. Plus I'm new
64imma You from NY?? Thats the best way to play i love playing like that
Yes you can play this method too
We play it that way too. That's what I taught my son 😊
UNO is a game I have loved playing since was a kid.
Finally someone explained it perfect
Brilliant, thank you!
Thank you this was helpful
Remember, play of the Draw 4 Wild card is only legal if there is no other available card in your hand that matches the color of the card that was most recently played. If you believe someone played a Draw 4 Wild card on you illegally, you may force a challenge on that player. If the player being challenged is guilty, he/she must draw 4 cards. If the player being challenged is NOT guilty, the player who initiated the challenge must draw 6 cards (4 for the cards required to be drawn, and 2 for failing the challenge).
I usually play the same kind if way. Except for when you dont have to card to place down, you keep on picking a card untill you match the card, that way the game last longer and more fun ti play because it's always unpredictable because you may never know when your have to end up drawing like 15 cards from the deck lol
but that way u re probably gonna run out of the deck before the game ends and maybe for a couple of times. and its annoying to need to shuffle the deck ind the middle of the game
Very good review
Very good explanation 👏👏
Now I understand the uno game thank you so much🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟👍👍👍👍👍👍
Finally a good tutorial thanks dude
Thank you for this guide. Now I can play Uno with my friends and my crush and her boyfriend
Thanks for this!
Thank you😊😊❤❤I subscribed
explained very clearly.tnx
This was very helpful thanks for uploading this video keep these types of videos
I had never heard of UNO until after I graduated high school. It was then that I realized I had been playing a bootleg version of the game in high school without knowing it. (late 1970s). It makes sense to convert the game to a regular deck of cards instead of buying a specially marked deck since everybody usually has several decks of playing cards laying around the house. I don't remember much about the rules except that aces, twos, fours, sevens and tens did something, I think. Also, when I played the game in high school (late 1970s) we called it "Crap on Your Neighbor" which I think is a better name than UNO anyway. 🙂
None .. i say NONE of the other videos explained it better!! Clean and straight to the point!!! Thx
Best tutorial
THANK YOU SO MUCH
I know how to play Uno now so thanks for making me know how to play Uno.
this helped !! thank you so much :)
We follow additional rules for this game, you should try it too.
1. Player with no card to drop needs to pick a card until he can drop a card
2. +4 and +2 combo.. If Player 1 drops +4 and player 2 also have +4, he can use that and player 3 should get 8 cards or drop another +2 card that matches the color that player 2 choose..
Have fun :)
*When your too lazy to actually read the instructions:*
Ikr
Yeah
@Arizona Ron705 Chill, it's only a comment.
Agreed bro
Lol. 😂😂
If the first Discard flipped up is a Wild Draw 4, simply shuffle it into the Draw pile and flip up another card.
My brother and I used to do that for all action cards. Oops; our bad. 😞
Best explaination ever
Thank you. Easy and clear. I used to play it 15 years ago and forgot it. Uno is a joyful game. 😄 Good to play it in COVID-19 with the family.
Glad I could help!
Thank you~!
This is really helpful
No mention of the challenge on wild 4. From the UNO website: If you suspect that a player has played a Wild Draw 4 card illegally, you may challenge them. A challenged player must show his/her hand to the player who challenged. If the challenged player is guilty, he/she must draw the 4 cards. If the challenged player is not guilty, the challenger must draw the 4 cards, plus 2 additional cards.
Thanks. Easy to understand
I got uno for Christmas and I’m like, wot
I need more friends XD
It was so learn ful to me
Thanks
Thanks... it is useful
Ty
@Gather Together Games I've seen a variation of this at 3:13 where Player 2 would play the Green 2 and then also play the Blue 2. Iin other words playing multiple cards that match what is in the discard pile. Playing a combination. This version seems to only allow players to play one card at a time.
That rule was invented by people in the original you can only play one at a time
I learned the game using this and ty
Wollah deze had ik nodig
My version has extra cards: a Wild Swap Hands and a Customizable Wild.
Ya those are pretty new
You can put a +2 on top of another +2 as your matching it and other player have to pick up 4
thks
Yo dawg, you should go over the manual. This is UNO after all
Some go with trash, I go with HAYNES
Hasbro should sponsor this video.
Me: *tries to figure out uno*
My brain: *reverse card*
No friends to play wit so I downloaded the app, lemi check it out
Tx
Nice
We played different rules, if you have a the same number but different color you can put the 2 of them and if you"ll draw +4 then the other had a plus, the one who had no plus will totAl all the plus and give the card
Thx
Thanks this helped so luch
Mine have a new cards in 2019 but I a new special card is wild change card and Wild command
Being "of a certain age," I play this game with the new Retro edition, which has the original 1970s design. The action cards then had words, not symbols, and they were more clear (if one knew English, of course). But most of today's players don't know the correct rule for playing a Draw Four Wild, or what to do when an action card starts a hand, even though the rule sheet is clear on these points. But today's rules don't have the partnership game I played in college in the late 1970s, or mention that in two-handed UNO, the Reverse is treated as a Skip (otherwise, it would be pointless).
tnx dude
I used to love playing Uno at lunch with friends back in high school, always a good time lol
You forgot a rule:When a draw 2 is played, the next player may play another draw 2/draw4 if they have one,but they dont draw cards, the next player may also play a draw 2.when you get to a player that cant play, they must draw cards added to the number of draw 2 cards in the discard pile.
I’ve been playing like this all the time but recently i found out that you can’t actually do that according to UNO manual lol. But yeah you can set your own house rules tbh
I am not good at Uno, even though it's easy and simple. However, I've used Uno cards to play Blackjack and I appear very good at it.
Good
nice
In 2019, Matel recently made changes to the UNO game so that :
*The "+2" and "+4 wild" cards has been changed to "+1" and "+2 wild" respectivally.
*The cards are now double-sided, meaning there are two sides : the bright side and the dark side with the dark side having 4 more colors : Cyan, Orange, Pink, and Purple.
*The "0" card has been removed and has been replaced by the "flip" card which can be used to change from the bright side to the dark side and vice-versa.
*On the dark side, there are 3 new cards : the "skip everyone" card which can be used to take another turn, the "+5" card which forces the next player to draw 5 cards, and the "+ color wild" card which allows the player who placed that card to chose any color they want and forces the next player to draw all cards one by one until they draw a card whose color matches the color that their previous player chose.
Well yes but actually no. These aren’t rule changes they are another uno game you know like dos
@@besten70 No, unlike dos, these are actual rule changes, just like the addition of the trade hands (changed to shuffle hands in 2018) card and customizable cards back in 2016.
Candy Neige So you’re telling me if the rules are different it’s not a spin-off
@@besten70 Exactly, and the one without the rules changes is renamed to UNO Classic to differenciate it from the one with the rule changes which is simply named UNO.
Maybe i missed it but what if a red +2 is thrown down, the next left person gets 2 more cards from deck. Now the next player to throw down a card is it possible to throw a +2 blue or green or yellow?
Or does it have to be red card????
The last card facing up is +2 red
4:19 fix: +4 playable only if all your cards are invalid by color
yeah that's exactly what he said
Cohen: *plays Uno with his friends*
thx for making thi vid
Love
i have a question, can i play/put card after i play DRAW 4 card after i declare color. example ; i play DRAW 4, next player must draw 4 from deck then skipped their turn then i declared RED, after i declared can i immediately put Red card in my hand.
Tks for the work. One question, if wild card tuned at the beginning. Player 2 states a color, however he can play a card for that color or not? Meaning he only says a color then player 3 continues. As if the beginning card was his? Or he can drop a card, the color he says of course.
Player 2 would state a color and play a card
What about Swap Cards and Empty Cards?
Good question! I just saw those today for the first time!
All i want for Christmas (or birthday) is.....
*uno*
I’ve been playing UNO since 1988.
What about wild shuffle hand or wild swamp hand
Very nice video
Just 3 question
1. If player previous to me has played +2 and if I have another +2 of any color can I play it?
2. If anyone has last card to play it it should be same number or same color . Right?
3. If someone wrongly played +4 and that time no body called check and later we got to know it was a wrong move as he still had playable cards. What to do?
Answer to no.1 yes
Answer to no.2 yes unless it' a wild card it can be played any time
To no.3 idk
Who else was a average player in uno but forgot their skills?
I was decent at this game concept when i was 5 years old :/
“Average player” in a game composed of 80% to 90% luck.
So the +4 cannot be first on the discard pile?
Fun Fact: There is a horizontal line marked below the 6s and 9s. The lines are important because then, we can tell which one’s which.
So a +4 card can only be played when you don't have the matching color only? Is. this an honesty system? But then you also said immediately that you can play it even if you have a color matching the discard. Confused.
this is my favorite games
