That one doesn't look right they should have put ethier an ALI ARC or a HERD bumper on it thoes are the real good heavy duty welded kind but they aren't cheap. That one looks cheap it's probably rated for a deer strike but you would have to replace it afterwards...at least it does offer some protection so E-4 Effort
