Those indeed are some nice trains. The last one of 163 ordered has just been delivered last year, they were built over a span of 12-13 years. First test rides were in 2011 if I remem correctly.
Right now the next generation of trains in already in development, the DT-6. It will look similar, but will feature four instead of three carriages over roughly the same length, which allows for a wider cabin. These trains will be built in two versions: one classic version with a cab for manual driving, and one fully automatic version, without cabs as well, these will run on the new line U5 which is under construction.
