The first time I heard that song I was so familiar with it, but couldn't figure out why. Untill I dough up my old Salty Dog album. Almost the same song. Even called Sacrifice also.
Now that I'm studying to become an English teacher (in the Netherlands), I can clearly hear a typical Dutch pronunciation in her articulation. Instead of the 'th'-sound she makes it a 'd'-sound. And the 'u' is much more rounded (typically Dutch) than a native Engish speaker would pronounce it. Sorry for this pronunciation lecture, but it just caught my attention.
