A vision board is really the best thing you can have on your bedroom's wall. It contains everything that you like with your own design and it motivates you. Do you have a vision board? Are you planning to make one?
I found it easier to make a few digital ones and keep it as my wallpaper. But, I might make a psterboard one again - like I did 30 years ago. In the past, I've made digital slideshows, as well, and -for a short time - those helped me get in shape.

I used these in the past with excellent results - as far as getting what I wanted. At some point in life, I lost my will and even my desire, though, to get or become. I worry about others' jealousy and greed and that they'd take it away from me anyway. I am not content or happy, yet at the same time, I can't say I want much. What i do want, I fear constantly having to fight to keep (property, a tiny house, and a sense of security). I think I've temporarily lost my fight, my mojo. At least, I hope it is just temporary. yikes
yes and no. i don't want things or circumstances enough and so have no motivation. I want certain things (freedom, peace, solitude, my own home and garden), but not enough to sacrifice for them. That worries me and seems very self-destructive. My piont is that there needs to be a balance of desire and being grateful for what you have. I am out of balance.

What you focus on most is what you attract. Try writing affirmations that make you want to be better. It works.
