    India has suffered many conquests, subjugation, colonial rules and barbarism for many centuries creating poverty and lack of basic facilities, yet the people of India accepted those seeking refuge and shared whatever meager means they were surviving on. May Lord God bless the Jewish people and the nation and people of India for protecting and living in such amazing harmony and friendship for not decades, but centuries. Live, prosper and thrive.
    Shalom and Namaste.

      It goes the same way with Hinduism, it is this resilience which led to the holocaust, christianity and Islam wiped out many civilizations, it is only Judaism and Hinduism that stood up to these bullies, unfortunately holocaust receives the due media cover but the hindu genocide which happened for more than 12 centuries is ignored and even washed off by the global powers intentionally.

      Best message bro. However I am happy to inform you that now things have changed. Congress party who was champion of Muslim appeasement is now out of power. Not only Jews but even Hindus were also not neglected in their regime. Modi in power right now, he is doing a lot for Jews people. In 2018 Jews were given religious minority status in India and also has been doing a lot of other things for their welfare.
      Now under Modi rule India-Israel has much more strong relation with Israel as well.

    I remember back in 1997 my late Guruji wrote me a letter and said He was trying to find similarities between "Hinduism" and Christianity and was having difficulty. So I sent my late Guruji the Tanakh (commentary of the Torah) that was presented to me on the day of my Bar Mitzvah. I told my Guruji that once He read the Tanakh that He would see that the Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism) and Judaism are similar bordering on identical in many ways extending to Scriptures, philosophies, even family culture. I believe a decade had past before the first "Hindu Jewish Religious Summit" was held. When I visit India again I shall have to stop at some of the places in this video.

      Erudito otidurE Every country is know as a Mother... Coz it's a Motherland to it's Citizens.

    • @eruditootidure2611
      @eruditootidure2611 Před 7 lety

      Pradip Anchan Nope, not all countries. In Poland, for example, "motherland" and "fatherland" are interchangeable, and I've only ever heard Germany called "fatherland". Since Israel is named after a man, I would think one should use the masculine title.

    • @PradipAnchan
      @PradipAnchan Před 7 lety +1

      Erudito otidurE Apart from all these facts... I think Motherland title perfect for a Country... Coz when we see Mankind & Even Animal kingdom... Mother is a more dedicated parent than a Father!!!

    • @eruditootidure2611
      @eruditootidure2611 Před 7 lety

      Pradip Anchan Well, I agree that motherland works better in general, but when you say "mothers are more dedicated"...in the case of Mankind, that's kind of a generalization, and in the animal kingdom, it only holds for some species. In Ratites and Seahorses, the father is typically more devoted, in some monkeys, both parents are equally devoted, and in most fish, reptiles, and amphibians, neither parent is dedicated in the slightest.
      And again, Israel was a man. Imagine a country named after a man named Frank being referred to as "mother Frank".

    WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT BEING A HINDU?
    By Francois Gautier.
    *Diversity in Divinity and Unity in Spirituality.*
    1) Believe in God ! - Aastik - Accepted
    2) Don't believe in God ! - You're accepted as Nastik
    3) You want to worship idols - please go ahead. You are a murti pujak.
    4) You dont want to worship idols - no problem. You can focus on Nirguna Brahman.
    5) You want to criticise something in our religion. Come forward. We are logical. Nyaya, Tarka etc. are core Hindu schools.
    6) You want to accept beliefs as it is. Most welcome. Please go ahead with it.
    7) You want to start your journey by reading Bhagvad Gita - Sure !
    8) You want to start your journey by reading Upanishads - Go ahead.
    9) You want to start your journey by reading Purana - Be my guest.
    10) You just don't like reading Puranas or other books. No problem my dear. Go by Bhakti tradition . ( bhakti- devotion)
    11) You don't like idea of Bhakti ! No problem. Do your Karma. Be a karmayogi.
    12) You want to enjoy life. Very good. No problem at all. This is Charvaka Philosophy.
    13) You want to abstain from all the enjoyment of life & find God - jai ho ! Be a Sadhu, an ascetic !
    14) You don't like the concept of God. You believe in Nature only - Welcome. (Trees are our friends and Prakriti or nature is worthy of worship).
    15) You believe in one God or Supreme Energy. Superb! Follow Advaita philosophy
    16) You want a Guru. Go ahead. Receive gyaan.
    17) You don't want a Guru.. Help yourself ! Meditate, Study !
    18) You believe in Female energy ! Shakti is worshipped.
    19) You believe that every human being is equal. Yeah! You're awesome, come on let's celebrate Hinduism!
    "Vasudhaiva kutumbakam" (the world is a family)
    20) You don't have time to celebrate the festival.
    Don't worry. One more festival is coming! There are multiple festivals every single day of the year.
    21) You are a working person. Don't have time for religion. Its okay. You will still be a Hindu.
    22) You like to go to temples. Devotion is loved.
    23) You don't like to go to temples - no problem. You are still a Hindu!
    24) You know that Hinduism is a way of life, with considerable freedom.
    25) You believe that everything has God in it. So you worship your mother, father, guru, tree, River, Prani-matra, Earth, Universe!
    26) And If you don't believe that everything has GOD in it - No problems. Respect your viewpoint.
    27) "Sarve jana sukhino bhavantu " (May you all live happily)
    You represent this! You're free to choose, my dear Hindu!
    This is exactly the essence of Hinduism, all inclusive .. That is why it has withstood the test of time inspite of repeated onslaught both from within and outside, and assimilated every good aspects from everything . That is why it is eternal !!!
    There is a saying in Rigveda , the first book ever known to mankind which depicts the Hinduism philosophy in a Nutshell -" Ano bhadrah Krathavo Yanthu Vishwathah"- Let the knowledge come to us from every directions..

    And possibly also expand that to global tourism circuit to cover points when Indians faught and almost 4-5 million warriors gave their bloods in WW1 and WW2... Brits supressed Indian martyrdom in WW1 and WW2 and stole the limelight, as expected though...
