It would cost more than the upgrade but you could get a small portable battery unit that could power household appliances when needed and also be useful for other things when you want to plug stuff in away from the RV.
If you have a bigger rig, you may have room for both a gas oven and this microwave/convection oven. Glad they have air frying as well. Air frying and Induction stove tops have become very popular these days.
Most 25’ and larger units come standard with a gas oven and basic microwave. The convection oven replaces both.
Old RV we bought didn't come with a manual, I'm just trying to figure out how to heat some frozen pancakes , was it supposed to have a glass tray in the bottom? Do I take the metal rack out for reheating? Etc...
Thinking about using my coffee pot to heat them, that bottom thing gets hot 😃
Have you tried making "hard boiled" eggs with the Air-Fryer setting?

My wife wanted to upgrade to the convection oven so we added the upgrade. We are now out on our first extended trip in our new 2023 27 FC FTB and the microwave push button won't open the door and some of the keypad buttons won't respond. My wife was depending on using the convection oven on our trip. I know it's under warranty, but how soon could I get service to replace the convection oven?
Do you know a way to get the microwave door to open? Why the keypad is not functioning properly?
