Best concise advice/video i have seen. have speed. pop it with BOTH FEET (not just back foot causing rapid climb... by poping it with both feet board does not rise at as steep an angle SO you don't have to push down drastically. Get forward. Watching this I can see that the whole board stays more level as it rises that just a back foot pump and so much easier to control altitude. thanks!

Missing a bit the phase before being in straps. Some people manage to go early into them when the board is not planing, but heavier guys need to be planing first, otherwise the rear will drop.
