Ha ha, that reminds me of some of the cool little boats I've seen on the RC Sailors channel & that would be great for a little neighborhood fishing pond. I have an NQD rigger hull about the same size that's a clone of the original Graupner silver bullet. I'm adding extended struts & repowering it w/ left over hardware & a 380 brushless system from a Venom Segad / King of Shaves project 😎
Yes it's a good little boat. I think i'm going to use it to pull some of my smaller dead boats in with by using a string and a bobber or water bottle. Sounds like an Awesome build you got going on there as well.
@@MrMad2424 kool, like the Pro Boat retrieval duck & grapple buoy 😇 . I like to take a spinning pole w/ me. I clip a snap swivel to my retrieval boat (traxxas villain - go figure rigjt 😋) loosen up the drag and run the retrieval boat out around the stranded boat and back to shore. Tighten up the drag on the real, step on the line clip to the back of the retrieval boat and start reeling it in and bring the stranded boat in with it. My Segad was converted to a 3674 2000kv single w/ a T180 esc. The factory Venom stuffing tube, flex shaft, all the hardware, Servo and 380 power system is a perfect fit for the NQD rigger after you gut the tub. The 2700kv 380 outrunner may have sucked in the 35" cat's as twins. But repurposed in this little tiny rigger boat it won't be an issue on 2s 😇 .

Does the red battery co we needs to be on it or do I just put the regular cover over it because I tried putting both the battery motor cover and the other red cover and the top cover wouldn’t fit over the battery cover so do I just leave the battery cover off and just use the regular res top ?

@@MrMad2424 yeah. i had an h100 untill I had the stupid idea of running it at low battery with no lid. it then got stuck in the middle of a lake. i attempted to recover it with my stealthwake, but that just pushed it under and I just had to watch it sink.
