For my birthday we went down to Glastonbury and spent a few days looking around. I wanted to take you with me to show you some of my favourite places.

I love seeing people who don't live in Glastonbury still be able to be completely in love with it! When you have lived there for 18 years it's a very difficult place to be in, I can tell you! The book shops however are always wonderful!
Do we non-british anglophiles who do not live in the UK count too? I am Swiss, I get to visit UK very rarely, I've never been to Glastonbury and I tend to binge watch these videos for every single shiny detail I can spot. Every random tree, every unusual mural, those lovely shop interiours - everything can be a trigger that sends me into that nerdy anglophile mood... Are you tired of tourists or is it too much of that Glastonbury vibe that makes life difficult there?
its so rad to see someone who loves Glastonbury like me, I only go there once a year but it still feels like a home away from home, like I'm supposed to be there. the abbey is so pretty, the blue note cafe's food is so amazing and I love how the streets smell of incense from all the open doors of the shops, its a gorgeous place.
Belated happy birthday. Lovely to revisit Glastonbury through you. On several previous visits, I always made Labyrinth Books first port of call, as they stock acceptable range of pre-owned books at very reasonable prices to my taste, before descending upon the others. Also avoids carrying extra weight both ways if parked centrally.
Chalice Well Gardens is pretty special. And on more than one occasion whilst sitting not too far from well itself, my partner and I were joined by a Robin in no hurry to move on. Whilst it may simply have been seeking tidbits, we preferred to experience it as spiritual hello and blessing.
The White Well is a bit of a hidden gem. And we were only lucky enough to find it open on two visits. A special energy contrast to the other well.
Thanks for sharing anxieties of being out and about socially, and benefits where aims achieved. Makes the rest of us feel as if sharing common ground.
I love this! I live in the states, so anytime someone in the UK shows their area, I am for it! Also, I love how you were so excited about the air conditioner unit! We sorta take them for granted over here, haha 😆

I was giggling at that too😆 Air conditioning is the greatest invention. Also I recently learned in the UK there aren’t normally screens on your windows 🪟

I love Glastonbury too. I’m grateful that I live very close so go there often. It’s so lovely to see other people that come to visit here and appreciate all the magical and witchy vibes 💗

Glastonbury is amazing! We use to camp near the Tor. I’ve had some wonderful times stargazing and watching the sunrise.
This was so lovely! I have never been to England or Glastonbury but hope to some day. I live near Salem though! I thought you did a fine job of showing the town, sights and shops, and the voice over actually seemed nicer because it was more reflective and personal than hearing everyone else chatting in the background! Thank you for sharing!!
You are never ever tedious! We Americans who hsve never been to The Tor. Need this. I could shate this 100 times for the books and more for the Wells Photos.

I have been so drawn to Glastonbury and the Tor. I live in California. A friend did, for fun, research into my genealogy, and from my mother's side, I have ancestors who lived in Glastonbury, Brittany, Wales ... Wales and Glastonbury have been deeply rooted in my spirit for reasons I had up until a few days ago no idea why. Now I'm beginning to see a connection. Also ancestors in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Greece. All places I ache to visit. This video is so beautiful, the well, the Tor, all of it! Thank you for sharing with us your visit there. It was a joy to watch! :D

21:15 I also like the idea that the witch books are not in the main traffic area and also… a place you kind of have to seek out. For so many reasons.

Years and years ago, on my first trip to Great Britain, we went to Glastonbury. I have a thing for King Arthur. I think in a far past life I was a knight if the Round Table. I loved the place and have always wanted to go back. Haven’t made it yet, so this revisit was wonderful. Can’t wait to see what you bought. I would have been happy with any one if the books you purchased, but Blood and Bone was very intriguing.

I miss Glastonbury so much, I haven't been in ages, actually thinking about it it's been about 2 or 3 years for me too! Definitely time for me to go back, although my favourite shop closed over lockdown (not related to the situation but still sad to see them go)

In my opinion Sudafed Severe Cold formula is the best thing for a cold. It treats all aspects and can be used with many other medications. It is best to check with your doctor though. As to Glastonbury, my favorite would probably be the book stores as well as the well.
I love Glastonbury. I’ll be heading there on Monday and your vlog is getting me excited for my visit. The white well is also my favourite well and I pilgrimage to Avalon at least once a year. Happy belated birthday 😃
