It amazes me how people view 2 months is as a long time to have a protective style in. That's my standard time lmao
I see you using that hair grease🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸. Girl I get so excited about hair grease (all old subscribers know this lol). Grease is amazing. It is my hair food. I heard you say "why fix it if it's not broken". Girl yes! Say it again. Naturals need to hear this. If nothing is wrong with your hair and your routine is working for you, why fix it.
I find that not washing my hair for a month or two it grows really fast. Your hair looks gorgeous as usual.
There are some naturals that would shame other naturals for this because they wash their hair every week or 2, i havent washed my hair in 2 months because i have braids in and soap doesnt come outmy hair goid at all in braids. But just last night i took only my bangs out and washed them, i never seen my hair look so healthy in so long😳. I know my hair does good with low manipulation, but I never went 2 months before.
I understand that people have different needs but two months is a long time for NOT to clean the skin (scalp). Not for me! Beautiful hair!
Please stop apologizing for being human like it’s hair in a hair product if ppl are that disturbed they need to watch something else 🤧! Also the shed hair after two months is insane we love the health!!
Girl I LOVE to see other naturals use grease. It’s been working for me for years. If it ain’t broke why fix it 💃🏽
Love how simplistic and effective your wash day routine is.✨
Your hairs getting so full 😩😭❤
Instead of throwing the hair on the wall just get a hair stopper for the drain! It costs less than $5 and let's the water drain freely while maintain the hairs there you only lift it and remove the hairs and dispose of them and then replace the stopper again that's it soo easy and no tools needed!
I've been subbed for like 2 moths now and lemme just say your tips basically saved my routine. If anyone here is new, important lessons I got from this channel:
Honestly it’s probably a good thing that you used the Aussie moist shampoo because it has sulfates in it and hair needs to be clarified after a protective style. I noticed that if I use a clarifying shampoo when I wash my hair it helps my hair receive moisture better. My hair is also low porosity so that plays a part. Love the video!💕
I usually use the Camille honey rose leave in with my blue magic grease and it keeps my hair so moist for more than a week! .. before I was using oil and Shea butter & my hair was dry/itchy by wash day.
OMG I just wanna thank you for being you 💕 I love your channel not only are you authentically you! But you're open and VERY transparent about everything you do to your hair. There's no 100+ page rule book on how to maintain healthy hair or a 10 commandments of what to do and not do to your hair. 🙄😒. You're just upfront about what works for you and encourage your supporters to do the same for themselves. Love it!!
It feels good because it’s on clarified hair as well. Keep the Aussie moist I always clarify this way, one that gives so squeaky clean and another moisturizing one and my hair is thriving! Specially if you don’t wash a lot this is a great routine. So far my favorite you have done ✔️
Your hair is looking so nice and it’s longer 😍. Currently I’m leaving my hair alone hoping to see some growth by the end of it.
Honestly love that you do you. Like people find things that work for them and then stop bc the natural hair community tell them that what they’re doing is wrong
I get so excited when I see you post!! Your channel is my comfort place😌✨
Subscribed!!! 😄After watching tons of videos I have FINALLY found someone who keeps it real, simple and down-to-earth. Now that I've applied most of your techniques, I'm having both growth and length retention. Leaving my hair alone, but not neglecting it.
I always keep my hair in protective styles for at least a month, has never failed meee lmao
