A very happy new year to you sir! You are doing a very good job at guiding us on audio related topics, the information given by you is precise and to the point, I thank you for that! Some time back I saw one of your videos related to TDA 8954th and built a subwoofer amplifier that runs a Pioneer DVC subwoofer at 8 ohms(400watts RMS). Using Ink Ocean 2.1 board as a preamp. Sir I have tried many indian made boards alternatively to TDA8954(which is now at the end of its dev cycle and may not get a replacement if needed), but these are mostly plagued by humming and distortion issues even after using star ground techniques mentioned by you. Can you please suggest some good balanced board that can deliver around 3-400 watts? I have a tpa3255 board I used with 48v but that trips on heavy bass load, especially with a subwoofer and goes into protection. I have seen IXA boards that seem to be well made but are they humming free? Or what else do you suggest sir?
