- Current WR for Göll Hellish, and only attempt too as not many people run the harder difficulty. First time I see the Golden Gun in the shop finally. I think I could've been faster with the double tap shotgun but the Golden Gun is so much fun to use I had to take it. Strict rhythm detection as usual.

I didn't even know about the Golden Pistol. I always stick with the Revolver on my man Freyr

How long did it take you to be able to shoot so smoothly with the shotgun?
The pumping sound is extremly offbeat it seems and it just makes it impossible to use for me Oo
Not much as I already got the hang of all the weapons before this update. I hardly follow any visual or audio cue aside of music. There is still some that I'm worse compared to others though, but thankfully those are rarely used on speedruns like the charge pistol or sticky rocket launcher.
how are you so fast even without the items? i can never seem to get to such speed, is it some kind of frame perfect jumping or using room geometry?
A bit of everything you mentioned. You can bunny hop, but you can also gain more speed if you jump on slopes like stairs or ramps.
Why the pause after beating a floor, is this a segmented run?
No, it's done so the screen blur goes away and you can look at the map without losing time.

How'd you manage to pump out two shotgun shells at once? Looked as if you had the Qua[r]ternote bracelet, but I didn't see you pick one up...
That shotgun shoots two shells by default, it was added last year.

how do you start with an extra ability? When i get one i always lose them upon death
You have to complete a run on hard to unlock both abilities.
