Bro I know you mean well, but WE Czechs are not Slavs. We are Germanic. Both in mentality and in the shape of our face we look like. I am quite interested in this topic of certain physiognomy and the deeper I go the more it is confirmed. For example, look at the Slovaks and the Ukrainians, there is really little line of difference because they are Slavs and they are eastward oriented in mindset as well.

Jirka by mel automaticky vzdy byt na hlavni karte jakyhokoliv turnaje. Nikdo nebojuje tak, jak on. Ten unikatni divnostyl na takhle vysoky urovni preci musi kazdy chtit videt. Je to garance skvely show, jak po strance sportovni, tak zabavy.

When I rewatch your fight with Pereira I see more what a beautiful performance it was. In the striking, before you made a mistake, Alex only hit you with 1 punch to the head. Just one, versus more than a dozen landed by you. You adjusted to his leg kicks, and took control of all his tactics. And even when you got knocked down against the fence, it wasn't that which decided the fight, it was his elbows to the side of your head that were the danger. It was the most intense fight I watched all last year. I felt like I was in another world watching what would happen. Good luck at 300, I believe you will be champion again this year.

Dunno about relentless oats... Has Jiri ever had lamb chops for breakfast? Even more weird than steak. But surprisingly, if you don't have the accompanying stuff - potatoes etc - the sustenance, and your body just soaks the goodness up.
The hair is coming along nicely. Looking handsome and happy, Jiri is.
Real good work. I hope to see some good basic jab crosses. The overhands are hard to throw and can leave you open. Jiri has crazy power if he believes in it places his shots right and resets each time to continue that kind of boxing mixed with the muay thai pace. I believe he'll do far better. Thats some impressive bench press. I always wondered what he benches and that helps to see what hes doing. I try to train at home like Jiri because he has my dream physique. I'm the same height as him 5 inches less reach. I can only maybe deadlift 315 lbs I'd like to get better at it my bench press max is 275 lbs. I gotta work harder at the gym to get strong legs and lower back power like him I want my squat, deadlift and bench press all at 315 for a max for now I've reached my deadlift goal. Thanks for the mindset victory mastery. Let's go for that. :)

Boxing and wrestling are the two most important disciplines. All those combat sports in kimono are waste of time for mma and just for show... Focus on what actually works, and those are basics.
He trains everything + his base is Muai thai which is definitely very useful in mma

@briankane460 true but he's not wrong Dominick Reyes gave him a close fight with boxing and grappling. Alex Pereira was a boxer who combines kicking and hooks with jab crosses which Jiri knows how to do and utilized against Alex but what I see from Jiri is looping over extending punches overhands. If he would just throw a 1 2 and reset get distance again and keep up with that pace he'd do well no looping just tight combos.
