Great video, love watching these because it's how I generally play. One constructive point, you know when you start to loot, hold it on normal speed for a few seconds so we can see the loadouts you defeated. 👍

I like using an aimpoint with the romeo mount when running a canted red dot. It's bulky and looks weird, but the sight sits pretty high and clears most scopes

I'm level 47 and put off the last punisher task, until yesterday. Since I can't go factory, I have gone reserve and been heading straight for the bunker. It's close quarters and the svd works pretty well. However it is expensive when you die a few raids in a row and it's kinda like brute forcing the quest. Not the most cost effective method but I just wanna be done with the quest xD.
Also I 've been running a flashlight with 2 or 3 of the blue lasers and I love it, can definitly recommend
This gave me the push I needed to pull out the darn SVD. Punisher 6, here I go :D
I'm absolute garbage at PvP, Punisher 4 took me ages, and Punisher 5 costed a lot of money and factory runs. On one hand I'm terrified of having to do this quest for my sweet Container, but on the other I honestly think that 4 and 5 taught me a lot about PvP, and I'm excited to learn even more

I'm also on punisher 6 and combining it with decontamination on interchange and peacekeeper quest on shoreline. 7/15 in 8 raids.

Goals(or Quests) to reach for after Punisher!!
Reason for this is that I finished the punisher questline almost 2 months ago. And it was super fun, I had a clear goal, Get that secure container and store some extra meds while in raid!!! Thats what I told myself. But as soon as i finished the questline all my urge to play the game was gone with the wind..... Thusly I've only played like 1-2h in the last months and I find it very sad since Tarkov is actually on of my favorite games.
So please, Make a video about what new goals i should set for myself with some nice rewards so I can reignite the spark and once aganin prowl through the tarkov lands =D
Do you like PvP? Try to get good at labs. Or run around customs or reserve! Or find squad mates to help

Also because i struggled with money getting 2 other pmc punisher done, i combined killing pmc's with making money, basicly i would do stash run combined with a bit of lookout for pmc's. Thats helped me gain enough money to get punisher part 6 done easly.

What do you think about the air drop? Do you think it's worth going for them?
I would say yes and it's even more worth as a scav.
Since class 5 armor, some good Tier 4 helmets and most really good ammo is locked at the flee market, this is a really good way to get These sorts of items.
In my last scav run, the air drop landed right where i spawned and i found an exfil helmet, and two class 5 rigs, which was insane for me, because even tho i have 100+ hours in tarkov, i am still only lvl 23 this wipe, because i stopped playing tarkov for a while and.
I also found an rsass in one drop and I was so happy after i found out, that you can't buy them from the flee anymore. I thought it would be a Pain in the ass for gunsmith Part (idk), if you dont find one and i got Stacks of m61 ammo from them.
So I would say, if you have the Chance to get an air drop, do it and if you are a scav, then you have nothing to loose.
Yeah definitely if you don't have something specific to do! The reason I didn't go after these is because I was hunting players in particular, and prioritised quest progression over gear - at L39 I can buy most things now. But if you want to get some higher tier kit at a lower level its a good way to get some, although I find the drops are quite hot with players normally, especially if early in the raid! But sometimes you're the only one that goes for them, luck of the draw!
@@Gigabeef the best way for me to get aird Drops, is doing a scav run at night on interchange or customs
When the rounf starts, i do whag every scav does... Looting!
But when I hear the drop, I instantly stop what I'm doing
The reason i go at night time is mainly because the raid feels a lot... Quiter? Idk how to describe it
I did around 15 raids running pretty much only dorms close range, killed quite a lot of chads which is suprising considering how much i suck
I'm thankful i did all my punisher kills plus shotgun kills almost 1.5mo ago
Just started punisher 6 onj my first wipe! have 2 mil rubles to buy a bunch of kits and rat in bushes for the next 30 raids

My last SVDS kill was also a shooter born in heaven headshot. Dreamy
it took me around 3 weeks, and around 145 raids, and a lot of roubles to get this quest done, a pain in the ass, but on a standard account its 100% worth completing
are you talking about all of punisher or just part 6?

Its taking me forever because i cant find pmcs. Ive done 20+ raids (weekly counted) for chumming with svd and have 2 kills. I also have 2 killa kills and befuddlingly...4 fir killa armors from all this. Two deaths (both post chumming hours). I am king of the mall, except no one wants to visit my mall. There is no loot on interchange either, ime best loot seems to be gpus in pcs at power station. Safe rooms are junk and kiba is bad too. No doubt the more pmcs in raid = more/better loot spawns so if you're one or two pmcs in a raid, there aint gonna be much. Loot like gpu in power station PCs seem to be static %.

@@brohemian very true I typically play late night so I switch regions to NA for pvp however on labs NA has way too many talented rgb socks gamers so I am forced to play EU and the pvp is spotty at best and constantly nonexistent. On another note being forced to play dead raids because of the aforementioned talented individuals that plague labs I can say that the whole less PMC less loot is BS no offense to you I had the same feeling but it's just RNG really over 100 raids you will make more simply because you can't die it's a shame really that the servers are the way they are.
@@applemacosx1 I heard recently, maybe from Tigs, that labs and another map are only ones with dynamic loot still. perhaps there is no scaling for dynamic loot maps? Who knows really, its hard to know what bsg has randomly nerfed to hell for loot and what is just luck. It could be pure chance.
And I mean I have like >20mil and full inventory, its just weird to find either nothing in kiba or at best that raider 545 ak with the pk06 and flashlight lol. Its fun to find good loot
@@brohemian Yeah also just watched that video it could be however, interchange global loot modifier has been nerfed twice this patch still I don't believe that player amount modifies loot on any maps. And interchange has an interesting property of being layered and having potentially chaotic routes players take and in that sense there might be more players on interchange than you think for example I can run through the whole mall every tech store ultra med kiba valuable spawns etc. without meeting a single PMC. But whose to say there isn't a PMC stash running or going for weapons cases underground and hunting killa.
Besides I think such a system would be visible to dataminers on the other hand the loot tables have been recently encrypted so we can't look up where exactly (maps, containers) greenbats spawn for example it's just hearsay at this point.
Hey Gigabeef, I'm curious if you had any particular strategy or loadout for Punisher Part 4, where you kill PMCs dressed as a Scav on Shoreline. I've never gotten past part 4 but I'd like to this wipe.
I did it similarly to this video actually, but using whatever gun I wanted to. Sr25 is a good choice if you have peacekeeper 3, will be doing a vid soon on it!

How do you have both the bandage and hemo mapped to 5?
one on press and one on release
As universe says you can map the keys to 'on press' and 'on release' to combine two meds together
or just main the svd while you do the quest, its a great gun and its not extremely expensive

Tricky one... Still learning now to do that myself haha! I would say offline mode with either high or horde scavs helps for cqb at least when you have a few mins to spare
