It is seldom that we hear, this kind of a SONA. Only a knowledgeable and intelligent person can do this. We need the figures to show us the real pictures. We don't need the detailed targets. We have to get the real whole picture on both the causes and effects. This is an excetional SONA and the learned do not need further explanations! The targets are for the Cabinets to show and deliver!
