It’s been a wild 50 years with the Block Plan at Colorado College. Introduced by our faculty in 1970, the Block Plan is an amazing style of learning. With our small class sizes, it’s easy to completely immerse yourself in whatever you’re studying. Imagine taking one class at a time for 3 ½ weeks, 3 hours a day. Crazy right? This video takes you on a deeper dive into what the Block Plan is and all of the wonderful adventures it provides, including field study opportunities, independent research, blocks and study abroad, and so much more. By the end you’ll have a better understanding of how the Block Plan works and all the great things that we have to offer here at Colorado College.
