Let us be completely honest here bros, the worst thing about Ozzy songs with Randy is "ozzy's singing." It is just the plainest, more boring, bland, singing ever. His voice just isn't really made for Randy's stuff, but his voice fits great with Black Sabbath.

Both he and Rudy Sarzo who is also in this clip. Playing bass. Were so nice and soft spoken. Not the typical rock star persona. Randy died so young which goes to show the good always pass away before their time. 😪

I started playing guitar in 2009 and after a few years I started to lose interest. I learned many songs from many bands and none really inspired me. Then I heard Crazy Train. Randy Rhoads inspired me to keep going. Now after attending concerts, discovering more/new bands. Randy is still the greatest guitarist (imo). That man played his instrument with straight purpose. He didn't fuck around. All respect to Randy and the remainder of the Rhoads family.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Randy brought so much to the rock ‘n’ roll and guitar world with that first album it was just unbelievable God I wonder what kind of creation he may have been capable of if he could’ve been with us another 20 years and the thing was he always made it look so easy like he wasn’t even working at it, he just came natural to him❤

Even though it was a short life that he had to meet, he still the greatest guitar player that ever lived. We were robbed so badly by that plane crash. His soul is just draw me in where I go to another place. It’s just so amazing and his solo on revelation mother Earth is by far my favorite, but he also did some really good work on the quiet riot years and him also being a classically trained guitarist I mean he was so much more than a heavy metal guitar player so much more.

  • @guitarresearchandpracticet5841

Randy was an amazing musical mind. The solo he put down on record for this song was so difficult, that he stopped trying to play it live. When asked at a guitar clinic held at a music store in the eighties about that last run, (there is audio of the session somewhere here on youtube) he replied, "yeah, its in f# minor, i dont remember, i dont really play that live anymore."
