Boomer isn’t a hall of famer because the NFL’s hof voting system is fucked. They don’t want teams like the Bengals to be in the Hall of Fame

@@bariluckymonth9111 I swear they have a grudge against the Bengals, probably because of Paul Brown and how the Browns kicked everybody's asses in the 40s and 50s. Ken Anderson, Ken Riley, and a whole bunch of other Bengals should be in the HOF.
Y'all do realize that we have a Hall Of Famer right? His name is Anthony Munoz, played Left Tackle for a little while. Considered one of the best ever at his position. Check out his game tape, he kept Boomer clean.

@David Montgomery well without drafting a mahomes as a late qb to a good team theres gonna be a process we picked FIRST last year , with that considered, the bengals are completely trending in the right direction and in 2 years should be one of the best to take the field

Greg Cook had the arm, Kenny Anderson the accuracy, but Boomer Esiason had a great arm and the intangibles to be the Bengals' best ever field leader. He was Joe Burrow before Joe Burrow. Boomer guided the Bengals to Super Bowl XXIII, and even though he was injured (not able to live his arms above his head) his team came up 34 seconds short of pulling off the big upset of the 49ers. If Burrow can stay healthy, he can replicate and perhaps even surpass Esiason's accomplishments.
Boomer was the man back in the Day, I had to stay up late Back in the Day to Watch him and the great Bengals players play as I was overseas stationed at Torrejon Spain.

So proud of my bengals. Esiason was playing around the time I was born. I actually had an action figure of him and Woods. My first Halloween costume was Boomer’s uniform. Never thought I’d see the day, but now my Bengals are headed to the Super Bowl. So grateful that I get to see this

Always enjoyed watching Boomer play. He ran the no huddle offense to perfection before the Buffalo Bills. Boomer probably would’ve beat the 49ers in the SB but for an injury in the OL & an RB who went on a bender the night before.
Losing Krumrie to a broken leg in the Super Bowl was big. We probably win if he played the whole game. Billups dropping interception in the end zone didn’t help either. What could have been….
Yes, no one talks about it, but Billups lost us that game. Super Joe messed up royally and then Billups saved him.

@World Tree: Andy Dalton deserves a much higher grade than Carson Palmer. Dalton had a winning record with the Bengals and Palmer did not. Besides, Dalton holds ALL Cincinnati passing records except one - which is held by Ken Anderson.
