    The Full Body Flow Qigong series is now complete!
    In this program we explored:
    - fundamental Qigong ideas
    - the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine
    - the 14 meridians and most important acupuncture points
    - the internal organs and most common health imbalances
    - and a Qigong practice for each system
    We began 6 months ago and we just released the last video.
    The reason we created the series was because some people simply want to practice Qigong routines, and experience the feeling of Flow.
    Some people want to understand the fundamentals of Qigong, what is happening, why we do what we do.
    So this program is for both of those people - 'The Qi Flow Finders,' and 'The Knowledge Seekers'

    Personally, I find both the practice and the concepts really fascinating, and it would take lifetimes to understand it all.
    The pursuit of learning is part of the fun of the journey!

    I'm Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.
    I am incredibly passionate about sharing simple Qigong practices because I have directly witnessed how helpful it can be for a variety of health issues, prevention, emotional/mental health, and even spiritual health.

    Ne-haow Jeff. How's going.
    I'm recovering from a minor stroke. Doing Qi Kung with you is great. It's been two years since my stroke and I'm still healing. Anger and anxiety come with traumatic brain injury. Your calm voice and Chi makes me calmer. Chinese medicine is a part of my life. See you in the next video. Until next time. 👍

    Thank you so much for your healing videos! Your videos helped me 2 years ago when I first got covid❤️ Now after 2 years of illness and long covid I have POTS and can’t stand for more than a a few seconds. Can I still do the exercises sitting? Do you have any video for longcovid and the immune system? All the best from Sweden!
