During IDT we let the team know the discharge plan and any issues we will have to discharge the patient and what we need from the team (i.e nurse to walk patient, MD to prescribe a different med that's affordable, PT to see the patient so wr can get them into rehab).

@@MzAshleeJay Hospital CM rotate holidays. I think it's one major and one minor with seniority picking first.
I'm in school for human services my goal is to work in the hospital to become a case manager. Do I have to be a nurse in order to work in a hospital
