      Ya no kidding and mine are weak but I've found tackling to strengthen them first thing in the morning is the way to go, I find they're strongest first thing!

    My husband's physical therapist uses a kitchen rolling pin on my husband's leg muscles. He absolutely loves his therapist now.....and, yes we absolutely love you all too.

    Love you both very much. Bob is not saying much ( I know) but I have to say he is like a Capital P.S. with a double explanation point on what Brad says that just enhances the whole work out. You both have taken a difficult situation and really made it work above and beyond. I did this exercise and it felt so freaking good and something I really needed to do and could do in the comfort of my home. Easier than walking a mile a day. Thank you very much. ⚡🔥💫🌈⭐💫✨🌺🌻

      First, not sleeping on your belly and keeping your chin up and eyes straight when walking, sitting and working on your computer( not easy to break this habit!) And of course doing neck stretches recommended by both B and B.

    I do vascular Doppler ultrasound and it would make sense because the calf muscle would act as an extrinsic force against the vessel walls. If you get the muscles relaxed the pressure on the vessel would lessen.

    So, can you demonstrate how an elderly person can get up off the ground without help? Because, doing this exercise, I'd have to get up off the floor.

      You might find the Alexander Technique helpful too. Standing up from prone can be quite challenging for seniors so however you go about it ..... go steady! Either that or have a nap and wait for someone younger to come along to help you up ..... ☺

    This is great information 👏. Make sure you buy a good roller. Unfortunately, the foam rollers will go flat in no time. The rollers with PVC pipe covered in rubber will last longer. 👌
