the 23 points limited should be fix im #7 IN 8 AND 9 and must of the time im there the whole night watching everybody playing except me

This is exactly what is ruining the game and is keeping players back in north america.
In stead of having players needing to improve, you are helping bad players.
If a system of divisions would be used as a team, it would even out automatically and match ups of teams would be easier.
Also, players playing this system are having trouble advancing to tournaments and growing the sport as a whole.
