ಬಂಧಿತರನ್ನು ಪುತ್ತೂರಿನ ಗುರುನಂದನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸುನೀಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಂಟ್ವಾಳದ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್, ಕಿಶನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ್ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಆರೋಪಿ ಯುವಕರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಎಬಿವಿಪಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರು !
ಎಬಿವಿಪಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಈ ಐದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎಬಿವಿಪಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯನ್ನು
ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಬ್ಬ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಉಳಿದ ಎಬಿವಿಪಿಯ ಆರೋಪಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಅದನ್ನು ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಎಬಿವಿಪಿಯ ಈ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಐಪಿಸಿ 341, 376 (ಡಿ) (ಗ್ಯಾಂಗ್ ರೇಪ್), ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಗಡಗಳ (ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ತಡೆ) ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿ ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಶೀಟ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
"ಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಎಬಿವಿಪಿ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೂಡ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯೆ" ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 2018 : ಪ್ರೇಮ ವೈಫಲ್ಯದ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸುಳ್ಯದ ಎನ್ಎಮ್ಸಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಕ್ಷತಾ ಎಂಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯನ್ನು ಅದೇ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ಎಂಬಾತ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹತ್ಯೆಗೈದಿದ್ದ.
ಕೊಲೆಯಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಅಕ್ಷತಾ ಕಾಸರಗೋಡಿನ ಮುಳ್ಳೇರಿಯಾ ಸಮೀಪದ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಂಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಿಂದ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೊರಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ಆಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ. ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಂತೆ ಒಂದಲ್ಲಾ ಎರಡಲ್ಲಾ ಆರು ಬಾರಿ ಚೂರಿಯಿಂದ ಇರಿದು ಅಕ್ಷತಾಳನ್ನು ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
ಜನವರಿ 04, 2023 : ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಾಜಾನುಕುಂಟೆ ಬಳಿಯ ಪ್ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಲಯಸ್ಮಿತ ಎಂಬಾಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಒಳಗೇ ಆರೋಪಿ ಪವನ್ ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ. ಆರೋಪಿ ಪವನ್, ಲಯಸ್ಮಿತಾಳನ್ನ ಹುಚ್ಚನಂತೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸ್ತಿದ್ದನಂತೆ ! ಆತನ ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಾ, ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್ನಲ್ಲೂ ಲಯಸ್ಮಿತಾಳ ಫೋಟೋವನ್ನು ಆತನ ಪ್ರೊಫೈಲ್ ಪಿಕ್ಚರ್, ಕವರ್ ಫೋಟೋಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ. ಲಯಸ್ಮಿತಾ ಹೆಸರನ್ನ ಪವನ್ ತನ್ನ ಎದೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಚ್ಚೆ ಕೂಡಾ ಹಾಕಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನಂತೆ. ಆರೋಪಿ ಪವನ್ ಅದೇ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಬೇರೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಐಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಬಳಸಿ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ಗೆ ಬಂದು, ತರಗತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಎಂಟ್ರಿಕೊಟ್ಟು ಲಯಸ್ಮಿತಳಿಗೆ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಕೇಸ್ ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಹತ್ತು ಬಾರಿ ಇರಿದು ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ.
ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ತರಗತಿಯೊಳಗೇ ನಡೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯ ಭೀಕರ/ಹೀನ ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ, ಲಯಸ್ಮಿತ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬದಿಂದ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಳು. ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಲಯಸ್ಮಿತ ತಾಯಿ ರಾಜೇಶ್ವರಿ "ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಾಲೇಜಲ್ಲೇ ಹೀಗೆ ಆದ್ರೆ ನಾವು ಏನ್ ಮಾಡ್ಬೇಕು? ಕಾಲೇಜು ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದು ಫೋನ್ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿರುವ ಡಾ ಅಶ್ವಥನಾರಾಯಣರಾಗಲೀ, ಬಿ ಸಿ ನಾಗೇಶರಾಗಲೀ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದು ಸಂತ್ವಾನ ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ" ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಇಂತಹ ಹಲವು ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಆರ್ ಎಸ್ ಎಸ್ ಅಂಗ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಕಾಲೇಜು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಘಟನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೋಮು ಬಣ್ಣ ಹಚ್ಚದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮಾನಸಿಕತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾವು ಚಿಂತಿಸಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಾಗಬೇಕು.
