Hi, good tuto! For lack of a schematic, it's a pity that in the first 30 seconds the view is not a little bit further back to see where the blue and white wire is connected. Thank you for your answer.
There are a few DVR's by Dahua that does offer this as well. I personally have a Recorder that was made by Dahua for a USA company that offers this level of tech and also adds the ability to add 2 more non AI camera devices using AI Line Crossing and Intrusion options.. Also own a Dahua DVR with same 2 IVS rules built in and on my NVR like this one if I had 14 AI cameras (I could have 16ch of IVS with my system) Personally only have 3 that work with my AI NVR as normal AI Cameras. However I have those 3 channels, and the 2 in my recorder plus because of my Dahua built AI DVR that I have added 3 channels to my NVR I have a total of 8 channels on my NVR that I can use as AI at this time...
Eek mine doesn't look like this screen at all. I can see and find tripwire but when I double click on that and then the camera I just get no video at all.

Hi have this version of the webservice software how to I change the IVS type to something other than tripwire?
Double click the "tripwire" and a drop-down arrow will appear. Click on the arrow and a drop-down menu will appear with other type options.

Dahua, when you want to complicate things.
