Most people who criticize Sam never watch his videos. He says, I’m doing what I want to do, you don’t have to copy me. He’s never promoted others to do what he does once. He says do what you feel is right for yourself. Haven’t seen him eat donuts or drink gallons of milk everyday either. Maybe here and there.

First of all there was no hate at all. It does not matter whether Sam says to do something or not with his popularity comes responsibility and people will follow what he does no matter what. He has to more responsible for what he is putting out now that so many eyes are on him. It you want the fame you have to take the good with the bad.

Tuttle is an awesome guest, should bring him on time to time. When I was 22 I hired tuttle since I’m from Connecticut as well. I never knew how to really diet (under ate) but I lost about 20lbs of muscle working a labor intensive job that year (2020) and with 4 months of working with Chris Tuttle I gained 40lbs (220lbs to 260lbs). Taught me the essence of bodybuilding that I didn’t know (proper diet, sleep schedule, and maintenance cardio). I was growing so fast from introducing proper dieting Tuttle thought I wasn’t following his low low “supplement” protocol. I would recommend Tuttle to anyone who has never worked with a coach or doesn’t understand how to diet as he is a dietitian. Worked with Chris for 3 years straight; doesn’t lie to you or whisper sweet nothings to make you feel good. 100% honest guy

We called it devils night, and we played manhunt loved it back in the day.
My Dad was hit by a car when he was a kid. The guy was driving on wrong side road with no lights,my dad's eye was knocked out of his head. Guy who owned the butcher shop came out wrapped it in paper that you rap meat in washed in water. They were able to save his eye. Thank God for that butcher 👍👍

I grew up in the middle of no where pa with farms and corn fields. We always played manhunt with friends at night. It was a blast. Great memory.

Its interesting you guys feel so passonate about topics you clearly know nothing about. Ive only watched a handful of Sam's videos and he never promoted eating terribly.
If we're gonna point fingers at unhealthy habits, I'll go out on a limb and say being 280lbs (pick a number, really) shredded is going to be much more conducive to dying early then eating milk and donuts. Lets not miss the forest for the trees here. In a "sport" that by its nature, is not healthy, I think donuts and cereal is the least of the concerns. If health is your overall main priority, bodybuilding, and more specifically, competitive boddybuildng, is probably a road one should avoid.
Maybe get Aceto on here with Palumbo and you guys can discuss Sam's diet and Bumstead's missed business opportunities with Diet Coke and Versace.
I think it's more interesting how passionate you are about Sam. It was a discussion about nutrition grow up. Did they offend you and your boyfriend Sam??? Sam is so popular now he has a responsibility to watch what he puts out regardless of whether he is intentionally promoting something or not. You want to have the fame you have to take the good with that bad.

The Sam diet is taken outta context he said calories in out for weight loss he prioritized protein per pound first then calories after that. But I do agree the mass amounts of dairy and donuts not good
It wasn’t taken out of context, he was literally counting his protein from the mass amounts of milk he was drinking, that’s also a great way of developing kidney stones. also you just contradicted yourself with that last sentence by acknowledging the mass amounts of donuts and milk isn’t good.

Yes, we used to play manhunt in the woods all the time when we were younger, we go to like Arula would break into the Reservoir. We have two or three different teams actually probably even more and I’ll be like five or six people per team we played town versus town I’ll block first block. I will go to Reservoir and we’ll go. Everybody get dressed in camo black brown whatever it was and it was always from dusk on. It was great and then we on Long Island also cool that mischief night or devils night and most of the stuff we did though the aging the mischief was actually Halloween night was never the night before we would do it while we were Trick-or-treating we would egg cars as they were driving by hide mine bushes up in the trees bombing people. Oh yeah craziness.

Guy, the football coaches didn’t like you because you did something outside of their control. They had a fiefdom and you were a rebel to them and that scared them because they didn’t know how to lead in any way other than being dictators… Simple as that

But when you’ve got kids staying no longer than 4 years in a program it’s just easier to just be an authoritarian than a mentor… If 90% of the kids have crap experiences and don’t really grow as humans they don’t care, they get a new crop of peons every year, they just care if they get more wins than losses…
