I don't know if you know this, but that's actually based on a real event. In fact, there have been many, many forms of protest, particularly with monks by doing that. Unfortunately, they don't get as much attention as the one really famous one. It's also the cover of one of Rage Against The Machines albums.

This movie has a blend of Coen Brothers, Spike Jonze and Tarantino with an edge that gives it an instant classic feel. The script is amazing. The actors... precise. Sam Rockwell was a revelation. Walken and Harrelson got to have fun by being a reflection of their usual on screen personas and Colin Farrel delivered as a true star. The woman who played Walken's character's wife was great and Tom Waits, much more than the cherry on the cheesecake. The story sequences, the highly quotable lines, the Se7en feel at the end, the twists, the commentary about racism and war.. all put together in a fun movie.
By the way, I just finished watching it five minutes ago.
This is definitely going to be a cult classic. That "hands up" line and the "eye for an eye" joke is priceless and comedic genius

Literally LOL! I'm already half way through this movie and I'm laughing so hard I swear I'm crying and I'm not even sad. But this movie is more about comedy, it's smart and funny at the same time. I had to take a break from laughing and recommend this film to anyone who is viewing this trailer as a means to decide whether or not this film is worth watching. Answer: Yes. Break over. Happy watching.

Hands down one of the greatest films of all time.
Hasn't been a comment on this for quite a while. I'm watching it on my DVD right now and just had to make a comment on CZcams about the movie. This film has an absolutely "Brilliant" script, and Direction from Martin McDonagh..as well as impeccable performances by all the big name actors. "Fantastically" Done!

i just finished watching 3billboards…googled who martin mcdonagh saw that he wrote & directed in bruges, one of my favorite movies[weird i didnt know he wrote it! i know!] so, when i saw that he directed 7psycopaths i rushed on youtube and saw the trailer. gonna watch it next! :)

This movie is absolutely stacked with great actors and amazing storylines. It's surprising that it's not a Coen or Tarantino movie because its definitely got that vibe and is just as good and crazy as any Coen or Tarantino movie. A true hidden gem I would 10/10 recommend watching.
I dunno, I'm a fan of McDonagh and this definitely feels like the rest of his films to me. Just re-watched and love it. Watch 3 Billboards or In Bruges if you haven't

Man definitely one of my favourite movies a tad slow in the start but it gets more and more intricate as it goes and what a epic ending. It's a shame its R rated otherwise this movie would be a classic for sure. 100% recommend to watch it!!
