    Good topic. Next you should cover keeping active with injuries. I have a back issue. Lifted a little too much weight and was out of the game for about 3 months. I still read your book 📚 about how you never gave up. Really inspiring 💫❤

    Looking good bro. Great video and as always, very informative. Ive been looking at some monasteries to stay at for a few weeks out in your neck of the woods. I was looking to do something new and get away from this crazy world for a bit. All bodyweight and Calisthenics while im there.
